New update sucks I can't even use my cameras now I have uninstalled and installed again and nothing please fix so I can use my cameras again or refund my money they worked kinda ok before now garbage
I don't like this app i had to put my phone number instead of a email and now that I changed my number it doesn't work. Plus the customer service is horrible. They didn't want to help. Thank you Elva for nothing.
If your camera doesn't recognize after wifi/scan input. Press the reset for 7 seconds until it says reset success, wait until it says connected, and your camera should be on the radar.
I sent you an email kindly asking for a response other then the auto generated one. If I receive an auto generated response I will be certain your company (word used lightly) is not interested in customer service except for our money. But you need to figure out why may camera WON'T connect to YOUR app. Hell it already sounds like yesterday's news! Lol
After it's most recent update, it won't even load the camera feed on the app, even though the camera is clearly working. Seriously, please do more testing before you release updates that can render the product useless.
Worked when I first installed them great....Soooo easy to setup.... Now after update doesn't work at all, cannot connect like many others say, since the update on the 2nd won't work.... Tried to email the company before posting this, they were no help....
Update sucks!! Crashes nonstop now I can't log in. Going to return camera and buy something better before I get robbed again.... I was really loving this little camera and was going to buy one for at home not now
By all accounts, this is one of the worst apps/products I've ever used. Won't connect. Video quality is laughworthy, junk. And, the live video lags like a fat, lazy lady riding a scooter around a Wal-Mart. Wish it worked.
Need to have more options for users, like turning off the lights on camera both infrared and blue/red indicator. Use sd cards instead of cloud, only nice thing to say. But they're cheap what could you expect?
Loved it at first but now it logs me out... it fails to load and at times it gives me an error message when I try to put the audio on
Momentum why did you get rid of the zoom x6 function? The present zoom doesn't help at all. Please put the zoom back to the way it was. Please add fast forward and rewind buttons and I'd totally rate this app and cameras 5 stars.
I never get alerts when there is motion where I have the camera, I'm sick of it one minute working fine and then the next it's not. It's a good clear camera but it doesn't love up to it's expectations as far as motion detection
Awful. Disconnects cameras and crashes. So many other better options out there.
What happen I have 5 cameras and can't view one of them app is not working at all fix it or give me my money back. 40.00 per camera. I want my money back!!!
These cameras work great and have a great view, make sure you use the micro sd cards in your cameras so you dont have to pay for the cloud coverage, lots of people dont read instructions for whatever reason and dthen complain that they dont know what theyre doing, read the instruction book, its the safety and security or your home/work and family.
camera no longer works and now got a text at 10:30 pm claiming the app nerds updated and I needed to update it by clicking a link in the text. Seems like a scam
Pitiful technology!!! So sick if having to reset everything. Have to pay subscription for each camera to use playback and anytime the app is upgraded or my phone downloads a software update it looses ability to view cloud recordings. I will be buying some other type of cameras when the subscription runs out or maybe even before. So frustrating to have to reset cameras to my Wi-Fi every time they won't review. Tech support says reset router, reset cameras or reinstall app. So sick of having to!!!! Do yourself a favor and go buy different cameras!!!!!!!
after the latest update it disconnected all my cameras and couldnt get in to reinstall them. Finally got it by going on my tablet and reinstalling them since it isnt a different app for momentum for tablets. So for anyone reading this im pretty sure that is the only way to get it fixed. Hope you all have a tablet! It works fine from my phone now though. Although the quality of the app has gone down drastically and the footage and the way you zoom in is also terrible now. The latest update really made it bad.
Want to playback a video? Crash. Want to switch cameras? Crash. Don't even have the app open, but it's running in the background anyway? Crash. Notifications don't really work right. The two way audio only works one way. EDIT: The newest update has completely killed what little functionality this camera used to have. Now it doesn't work at all. They lost some of my video when I was paying for cloud service and I still haven't heard back from them. Terrible company, terrible software, terrible hardware.
Have had cameras since August of last year. Have always worked. Always. Up until recently. Can't connect cameras. Have uninstalled app. Have reset cameras. Have reset our Wi-Fi modem even!!! Nothing. No matter how many times we try to fix the problem, nothing works. Fix this ASAP! We need security in our home! You're not providing the services we need and the services your devices were intended for.
I installed the app. When it searches for your Camera, it can't find it. I entered the correct WiFi and Password. Then tried the QR Code. Still it wouldn't find your Camera. Then connected it directly to Modem. Still couldn't find it. Then called your Tech Support Line. I've been on HOLD for about half an hour. Finally got through to a Tech. And he tells me that my Modem is 5 Gigahertz and it works on 2.4 Gigahertz. Nothing I can do. Can't get my Money back. I will be throwing it in the Trash. What a Waste of my time. (Explatitive)
Since the update on the app the camera just SUCKS!!!! It logged me out and now I cant log back in. I use this now POS camera to watch over my sick dog when I'm at work and make sure she's ok. Now its just completaly worthless. Please fix the app, make it what it was before the update, everyone was happy.
The new update has some bad flaws. Having to type your password every time stinks. Also you can't log into it from 2 devices at the same time anymore which is bad. Perhaps the worst part, is that the new app just ravages battery life. It drains so much battery that even if you have it on a charger, it will still drain faster than it charges. This is terrible because we use it as a baby monitor all night while sitting on a wireless charger. Used to work fine and charge to full. Now the phone dies in the middle of the night.
For what the camera cost, it used to work pretty well. Since the last update it works about 10% of the time. I've never been able to view recorded clips past around 2 or 3 minutes of viewing. In other words, I'm paying for cloud services that are unusable. There's no way to view them other than the phone. Wish they could be viewed by laptop. Or some how past the few minutes before it stops working. The thrill is gone. Bugged out.
Biggest pile of crap I've bought in years. I read the reviews but liked the price so I chanced it. Disconnects constantly and the only way to reconnect is to run the initial set up all over again. Thank God I bought it at Walmart, they take anything back lol
Bought a three OK of these cameras, one won't connect after a few months, and yes I've tried to rest it every way you can multiply times. Now the other two cameras won't come online. Have cleared cashe also uninstalled and reinstalled reset everything possible. For what I paid for these cameras they should be working fine. Can't exchange them at the store and can't get any support with them. When they worked they were fine. But not worth a thing to me right now and not doing me any good as far as survealance. Guess it's a good thing I have dogs.
I've had two of these piece of junk camera systems now and they just randomly fail for no reason I would highly recommend against buying these as they will just frustrate you and waste your time and money they work fine for about 3 months and then it's as though the software has a automatic self destruct line of code because they just suddenly quit working they run very hot AC adapter puts out Audible hiss and RF frequency interference total Chinese garbage. DO NOT BUY RUN AWAY!!!
This was a good camera and I paid for cloud service for 6 months. Since the last update it kept saying failure to load. Reinstalled the app and it worked for about an hour. It won't even record to the cloud. When it was working I had caught a robber that came in my house.
Writing a new review. This used to be a decent cheap solution to keeping a quick eye on things. Now it hardly ever works, gets disconnected for no obvious reason, and now my phone says it can't see the camera. Guess you get what you pay for. This all started after the last update
The update is a failure. The alarm feature no longer works even though it's turned on for each camera. The alarm is one of the main reasons I bought them. Also, the zoom no longer lets users to zoom in very close like it did before the update. Everything else is working well. I did recommended this camera & app to everyone I know, I can no longer do that since the app update. Roll back the update guys, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU WON'T HAVE ANY AT ALL!!!!
This app worked at first, but then I couldn't connect to it anymore. Now I have a new phone and I wanted to try it again. I can't even download the app. Frustrating!
New update sucks It completely disconnected my camera and it won't let me get back in! Will let me hook my camera back up but I can't watch the feed! There was nothing wrong with the app before yu guys messed with it!
Unit would not connect to my Wi-Fi and was told to update my modem. Did this and unit connected but camera will not display feed 90% of the time. Piece of junk.
Apollo Tech USA Inc doesn't care about their customers. What do we suppose to do with these cameras that don't work because the application is not working? Luckily we the customers at least have the Better Business Bureau. Common Mr. Ruo Fu Ll we deserved better.
Have this........ Waste my money. Use it when I go to work and have to reset it after 8hrs every single time. Cloud expired, paid for subscription. Left home yesterday, it worked from 3pm-8pm, from last night it's saying camera offline. Am 8hrs away and have no way of seeing what's going on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAMERA. Wish I had reviewed it before buying.
I'm so mad at this. I waste my money on this i cant veiw my property. the whole system crashed this is worthless I unstall my cameras and threw them in the trash I will find something better damm Crooks
After the update... Now is no good because the app won't people to pay for it... I use to talk from the camera to other now you can't that suck so I am taking it down and going to buy a good so I can talk to my family with out calling... Don't buy this camera because if u do u will be sorry..
Did the newest update. Took away the main icon on main opening screen on page. Had to find it and put back on main page. Logged in once after that. Didn't have to log in and again as these people say. All good here. So far so good.
You have to reset it constantly. Don't try and record anything to watch again it won't allow it. There has to be something better than this. The tech people are about useless as well

Just bought this at Walmart and I'm taking it back it does not connect for nothing I spent an hour of my time and trust me I know what I'm doing. Maybe it doesn't connect to Android nougat I don't know but it cannot find the device to synchronize
