Molina’s HealthInHand app is for Molina members and their extended care teams located in Washington state.
HealthinHand allows members and their care teams to work together to help members get access to the services and care they need.
With the member’s approval, both members and care teams can:
• Access core health information
• Request a case manager and send them secure messages
• View health records, care plan, service history and complete Initial Health Screening
• Find a health care provider with our Mobile Provider Search
• The ability for members to add and edit care team participants.
• Ability to switch between member and care team views for members who are also part of someone’s care team.
• View and request a new ID card

EDIT: The very first line of the app description is "Molina’s HealthInHand app is for Molina members and their extended care teams located in Washington state." I am a resident of Washington state yet this app, which the description explicitly states is for members as well as care teams, does not work as advertised. If the app isn't for members, the description needs to be changed to reflect this.
