Simple, but very nice weather animations. The description and some settings are in Chinese but, if you set a notification, the weather forecast can be accessed through that in English, and it has moving weather icons! The notification allows you to set multiple cities, and then choose which one you want to display on your home screen. Tap the notification (which is in Chinese), then long press the city you want displayed and move that city to the top of the list (cities and weather forecast are in English). The "Video Live Wallpaper" app by Moli has the same weather animations that are included in this lwp, and that can be used to both preview each scene as well as choose your onscreen animation if you prefer not to sync with your location weather.
