STEM is an app used by different departments, members, guests and delegates of the Ministry of Health, Sultanate of Oman. This app allows individual users or groups, depending on the type of user account, to schedule a meeting and organize a committee or a taskforce. Functions of the app includes :

1. Creation of private workspaces for a committee, taskforce or meeting.
2. Listing and delisting of members for every workspace.
3. Viewing different format of documents for every workspace.
4. Consolidation of notes for every workspace.
5. Sharing of instant screenshots taken from a member's mobile device.
