جهود مباركه. وحبذا إضافة خدمات المواطنين والاهتمام بطلباتهم اسوةً بما يقدّم للمقيمين. حيث أن المواطن لا يستفيد من الموقع إلا بتسجيل الجواز فقط. أما الاستفسار عن الدول المسموح السفر إليها فلا يوجد لها أثر. التقييم خمس نجوم فقط لأنك وزارة مملكتي الغالية.

نبغى تكون لكم بصمة للدفاع عن مواطنيكم وتضعون أيقونة للشكاوى بالتطبيق هنا لسرعة رفع الشكوى لسعادتكم ..وهذا أراه أسهل لنا للتواصل معكم وقت الحاجة.. وشكر الله سعيكم

التطبيق من ناحية التصميم ممتاز ،، لكن فيه نقاط ضعف،، مثلاً التواريخ تدخل بطريقة واحدة فقط ولايتيح للمستخدم الادخال المباشر،،، الأمر الثاني الذي صادفني أني بعد ما انتهيت من تعبئة الطلب وضغطت إرسال أضاع البرنامج كل البيانات التي أدخلتها والتي أخذت وقت مني بلافائدة. النتيجة أني لم أسجل جوازي.

كل ما أردت تسجيل بيانات الرحلة يتوقف البرنامج (Crashed)

قمت بتحميل البرنامج ولم استخدمه بعد وانا في انتظار اي اشارة إلى الجوال تفيد بتحميل البرنامج

لم استطع تسجيل جواز السفر بسبب اخطاء فادحه في البرنامج من ضمنها عند اختيار الرحله ومعلوماتها لايقبل

لا يمكن تسجيل الجواز عن طريق التطبيق هناك خطا اغلاق عند محاولة تسجيل بيانات الرحلة !

Just find out that the issue was expiry date of Iqama. Nice app...................anyone who is having following issue should check their Iqama expiry date online on moi website........ Dear MOFA team please fix the bug on Family Visit Visa request page. When we are applying for visa request on first page which requesting Iqama and entry visa information, there are only three fields even all three fields filled correctly but error pops up and say to fill all mandatary fields. Please fix urgently. Thank you

I checked visit visa application in English lang. But return msg was in arabic and unable to select the text. If text selection were enabled i could have translated in google translator.

I'm applying for Family Visit Visa I entered the Iqama Number, expiry date and visa number pressed next, error appeared "Please confirm and enter all mandatory fields" There are only 3 fields on this page which I already filled. Don't understand what is happening. Need help.

It's just sevice catalog, you can't do any of the services mentioned it only display information with a link to MOFA Web site, one note though why you need access to mobile camera for the application I couldn't find any feature inside that requires camera ? The mobile users in this age expects to do almost everything from mobile. I really hope this app would meet most of these users expectations.
