Planejamento no SUS

UNIDADE 1

Esta unidade é iniciada com um questionamento: para que ou para quem estamos planejando quando falamos em saúde? Para você responder essa questão, apresentaremos discussões sobre aspectos históricos, determinante da saúde e as intervenções sobre eles e como o SUS se insere nesse contexto.

Objetivo: apresentar o contexto de inserção das ações de planejamento na saúde.

UNIDADE 2

Esta unidade aborda o arcabouço legal que deve fazer parte do trabalho das equipes de planejamento em saúde, como: Constituição Federal, Lei nº 8080/90, Lei nº 8142/90, Lei nº 10.424/02, EC nº 29/200, Decretos nº 7508/11 e nº 7827/12, dentre outros.

Objetivo: apresentar o arcabouço legal para construção dos instrumentos que fazem parte dos planejamentos em saúde.

UNIDADE 3

Esta unidade discute o planejamento como estratégia de gestão em saúde. Traz elementos da tipologia do planejamento aplicado à saúde, aspectos metodológicos do planejamento estratégico, aspectos técnicos do PES e as Diretrizes Nacionais para o Planejamento em Saúde.

Objetivo: sistematizar as diferentes formas de planejamento e sua aplicabilidade na área da saúde. UNIT 1

This unit begins with a question: what or who are planning when it comes to health? For you to answer this question, we present discussions on historical aspects, determinant of health and interventions about them and how the NHS falls within that context.

Objective: to present the insertion context of action planning in health.

UNIT 2

This unit deals with the legal framework that should be part of the work of health planning teams, such as the Constitution, Law No. 8080/90, Law No. 8142/90, Law No. 10,424 / 02, EC No. 29/200, Decrees 7508/11 and No 7827/12, among others.

Objective: to present the legal framework for the construction of instruments that are part of health planning.

UNIT 3

This unit discusses planning and health management strategy. Brings elements of the type of planning applied to health, methodological aspects of strategic planning, technical aspects of the PES and the National Guidelines for Health Planning.

Objective: To systematize the different ways of planning and its application in health care.
