For this calculator, one drink is considered to be equal to 12 oz. of beer, 5 oz. of wine or 1.5 oz. of hard liquor.
Calculations are estimates based on Missouri law and are not sufficient evidence to be considered legal evidence.

"Does not take into account tolerance"??????? You should not consume any alcohol if really think tolerance has anything to do with BA. You can't afford to loose any more brain cells! I don't think the app is intended to be in the end all be all of should I drive. Its intent is to educate people on how long it takes alcohol to get out of your system. It a free application that hopefully young people and young drivers will play with to get an idea on alcohol. Don't leave it up to an application to decide if you should drive. If you are not sure, then get a cab or a friend to drive you home.

Does not take into account tolerance. Says to get a DD no matter how few you've had. Told me 2 beers over two hours had me buzzed. Drunks couldn't use
