The app should have option to change log in id or should completely clear my log in id once I log out for security reason. If the phone is misplaced and someone picks it and knows my secret pin pattern he can transact without my authority unlike a situation where he will need to look for both log in id and pin.

This App has failed me 12x today to perform local interbank transfers to two banks. I have sought help from two CBZ branches and CBZ Customer Service desk to no avail. When the App fails it gives contradicting information. A blue background information box and an SMS advise the transaction has failed. Later you receive a PDF receipt by email that says the transaction was successful. You then check your bank balance and there is no change save for what appears to be transfer charges. You check with beneficiary and they confirm nothing received.

Right direction in terms of technology integration and convenience. However improvement on speed and the inability to edit login id if need be.

This app is by far the best so far. It may be a bit slow but it works well. Thanks hey. No need to go to the bank.....

Its a great app. However for the last 2days its been saying it cant process my request to even log in - help

The app only works with mobile data please sort it out

Yes the Application is okay, however must be configured to work for example with econet internet even if you don't have data bundles in your phone, just like what the ecocash app do. This is for convenience sake, the bank must be accountable for these connection charges and make us enjoy the service unlike to start think of purchase data bundles first evry time I want to use the application.

You would think CBZ would pour more money in this application. Come ooon. When will companies start taking these things seriously

Good App the last star is for for you to introduce it on a non internet based App just via SMS like smart cash in the even one has no internet connection

Once downloaded the fails to open because it fails to display writing pad for one to type in tbeir id.

This App is very good, it's like jumping the queue really, very user friendly on almost everything, but how do I send money to other external wallets other than Telecash, say Ecocash? I love it though especially paying for electricity & airtime. Thank you!

The application does not allow us to do zipit transactions, furthermore the RTGS transactions that it allows us takes longer to be processed, sometimes up to about a week. This mobile application should have the same efficiency as internet banking after all it's also internet based.
