I can now sign into the app. My lists are still there. BUT my order history is gone, the sizes in my wishlist are listed as n/a, the details about items are non-existent, the new daily items are not updating, the sale prices are not showing, and the listing of new or favorite or added today/yesterday is gone. I hope this gets fixed. Your ratings are tanking and you are losing customers fast!

ModCloth used to be better. Shipping times have become bananas. So very slow! (Even if you pay for quick shipping it's still slow)Product quality is very hit & miss. I send back half of what I buy. And today a forced update of the app or you can't use the ModCloth app anymore. Dealing with this company has gone from fun to a big bummer for me.

With the return of my love list, they regained a star, but 2 still sucks. Here's what is wrong. - Order history is gone along - Any packages before the updaye lost their tracking ability - Sale prices don't show - New stuff is all you se in the sale section, not sale items - New item scatered in inappropriate sectiond (Skirts and coats in the dresses section) -Poor loading times - Love/wish lists gone FIXED

Same complaint as everyone else. Doesn't recognise my password, but after reading what everyone else is saying about how they changed their password and lost everything saved I'm not going to change mine. I'm hoping you guys will update this soon because I do like to shop from the app but I don't want to change my password and lose all my favourites.

Probably the shitiest update I've ever seen on any app. I love this store, it's my go to but after I updated it wouldn't let me into my account and won't send me an email to change my password. I've seen from others that all their data was erased so when/if they fix this, I exist all mine will be gone too.

What is wrong with this update? My order history has been deleted along with my wishlist. Updates are suppose to improve the user experience; this one did not and I had no choice as when I opened the app, a pop-up appeared indicating I had to update and it wouldn't go away. Can't track my recent order if my order history has been wiped. Fix this!

Was an awesome app at first... But I hate the last update. Why did they do this?! I can't log in on the app it doesn't recognize my information. I never got my email for me to change the password. I can log in on my computer but all my loves on my love list are just GONE! SO disappointing.... Was this really necessary?

Like everyone else, this was great until the update. I am glad I bought my wedding dress ahead of time. Without all of my lists, my shopping bag, etc... I have to start over and frankly, not sure if it's worth it. I'm uninstalling, not changing my password. Maybe I'll come back when the issue is fixed.

I used to and still do love Modcloth. Problem is, I can't sign in. Even when I request to change my password the link they send to my email just directs me to a page where I have to submit my email address only to get that same email again. There's no way for me to change my password and sign in even if I wanted to. Please fix this. I don't really care about my love list or wishlist cause I can make those again but if I can't sign in I can't really do anything.

I updated my app with out reading any reviews because I usually don't have any concerns with modcloth. Now, just like everyone else, I can not sign in to my account. I don't know if my love list will be there when I am finally able to log back in. But I sure hope it is! I'm very dissapointed.

I've been a long time client of modcloth and I use the app faithfully. Since the update I can log on with my email and password. Then when I try to make a new password. It wouldn't let me create another one. A serious screw up.

The app is continuously improving. If I could make a suggestion tho, I love my notifications but I wish there was a setting to turn it off for a certain time period. Keep doing great things Modcloth!

Same as others, I had also given it a 5 until the update... I was able to sign in with my laptop but for some reason the app doesn't accept the same password (???). And to my horror all my personalized lists and loves were gone...!! That is insanely distressing since I organized it such that it would help me decide on my first purchase... I didn't mind the not being able to sign in issue nearly as much as having all my lists destroyed... Please I beg you, restore them!

Please fix this! I absolutely love modcloth but what the heck. I can't track my order on anything, not the app, not even my laptop. And for one order it shows the price I paid but not what I actually ordered? Please fix this, change it back, the update is a complete disaster.

There were no issues with the old app. You know what they say... if it ain't broke, dont fix it! Having the same issues as others. Password isn't working, so I change it. Now none of my info is there. I have an order in transit, but have no info on it. Modcloth, I feel like you might lose some customers over this fumble if it isn't fixed soon!

It absolutely kills me to give such a bad rating. I've been in love with Modcloth for about 5 years and never had any problems. Now I'm experiencing the same issues everyone else is having. I can't log in, it doesn't show the right results when I search, and the filter isn't as good as it used to be. Nothing about this app is as good as it used to be. Please! Fix these problems soon!!

Ever since the update my wish list no longer exists and when I filter my search it adds things that are from another category. Seriously it's worse now

Lowering from 5 stars to 1, because the recent update seems to wipe out my shopping bag and order history. I have an order on its way, but now I cannot track it in the app anymore. There were also items that I saw and added to my shopping bag before the update, and now no longer can be found again. The website also seems be like that. I think Modcloth has messed up their database through this update, and it's quite disappointing that the old app was perfectly fine and usable.

After the latest update, I had to reset my password because the app wouldn't let me sign in. Now I am signed in but EVERYTHING IS GONE!! My wishlist, love list, and shopping bag items are all gone!! So annoying! I had so many items on both lists and now they're gone.

I noticed other people were having similar issues with the latest update, but I wanted to add that when searching for something, it doesn't pull up anything, there's no details on clothing items, and it adds random clothing into other sections, for example, I was looking through the shoes and it was putting underwear, tops, and bottoms in as well. I'm sad it didn't save my wishlist and favorites. A lot of items I dearly wanted I can no longer find. I love your store and I hope these issues are resolved soon.

The update completely wiped my bag, love list, and wishlist! It didn't recognize my password, so I had to reset it. My order history is even gone!!! How on earth can an update wipe all your account information? This is so unfortunate. I love the app and company, but this is so awful. I hope it can all be restored, but I have my doubts.

With the update I lost my entire love list and had to change my password because it says that it couldn't find my information. I am irate. That was many hours and years of searching, browsing, and building my love list that is gone.

The latest update prohibits me from logging in (password reset isn't going through to my email address). In browsing the app as a guest, the sort by price feature is glitchy in certain categories (in sorting dresses from low to high, it returns all sorts of apparel). The old app was excellent. The 2.0 version isn't functional.

I love modcloth but don't like the new app. It looks nice but some of the changes make it hard to use. It no longer says what is new or a favorite and doesn't show the sale price difference so it is up to you to remember everything on the site ever, I guess. This is a small thing but it was a feature I quite liked in the old version. I, also, am having trouble signing in.

Don't know what happened with the update, but I really hope they get it fixed. I'm having the same issues as everyone else. I tried to send them an email, but it was returned as an invalid email address. Not sure they are even aware of the problems? It would be nice if they would acknowledge the issues so we at least know they are trying to fix it. I love their stuff, but this is ridiculous. I may just have to end this relationship!

Modcloth, what in the world did you do to your new app? Terrible. Also a long awaited order arrived with completely wrong contents! The point is always to improve...

What was the point of this update??? I didn't bother to read the reviews because decent apps don't usually come out with a update that decimates the user experience. But I also had to change my password and lost my love list. Besides that, the app seems basically the same, I can't figure out what they were trying to improve. I've been shopping here for over 6 years, and I've been disappointed with the attempts to "sophisticate" things. Bring back the quick free shipping and cute mushroom icon on everything! I'd gladly pay a percentage higher price to have the experience I did at the beginning. I still have some of the cute heart bobby pins they used to put in with your order. So disappointing. </3

I love Modcloth, but the new update is horrific. I'm sure my husband is happy with it because my password is no longer recognized so I can't order anything. FIX IT or you're going to lose customers

I absolutely hate this most recent update. I have been a huge ModCloth fan for years and I am so disappointed. I, too, got locked out and had to change my password but fortunately it didn't erase my lists. I also really, really, REALLY hate that they got rid of the "new today" label (and sorting system!!!). I appreciated how easy it was to find new items. Please change it back. This update is GARBAGE.

App is normally awesome, but since the update, i can't login. Same problem everyone seems to be having. I have a new order pending and I can't check the status at all. Hope it gets fixed asap.

I love it! BUT, the update has removed everything, my orders, items in my bag, now I think I have created a second account. I'm concerned. I have had so many hours put into finding the things in my bag that I've planned on purchasing today.

Cannot sign in because the app doesn't even recognize me making it impossible to access my favorites and wish lists. I requested a password change, but I never received an email for it.

HATE THE UPDATE. Cannot sign in and cannot see newest products first. Trash. Sad.

MODCLOTH why would you force an update on users that doesn't work? Everyone else, don't update or download this app, they don't have their act together. I had looked for a "what's new in update" description and thought it's odd there isn't one. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before accepting the update! Also, the website no longer recognizes my password.

Like others, the update has completely wiped away my history. It also won't let me use it on my tablet. The app says that it is for phones only. I hope that another update will happen that is tablet friendly.

Love modcloth but cant use ap after update. Info deleted and log in and password won't let me log in. Sad.

Love the app but the update wiped out my shopping bag and order history. Kinda not helpful when trying to sign in and check if something is back in stock.

The latest update kicked me out of my account and wont allow me to utilize the app on my tablet. I'm upset (as a long time customer) and wondering when Modcloth will address the problems
