I downloaded the app and it immediately didn't work; couldn't send me it's own verification code so I can't use the watch I just bought. Off to a great start

Please provide support for the android wear apps.. They get installed in watch but never work, like runkeeper, underarm's record etc. If the best fitness apps cant work on this its useless

The watch, as it comes out of the box, is good and solid, and performs well. And WatchMaker support allows for some fun customization (though many of the available 'complications' like weather display don't work). But there are problems with the software: No calendar agenda items show on the watch (I've contacted support and sent them logs... then silence). Very few native apps available for the Ticwatch's proprietary OS, and Android Wear apps either don't appear or don't work. After hints from the devs that we might get full AW support, months later it now seems that this watch has been abandoned as the cheaper S and E models with AW come to market.

Not much app support need to add wear 2 app support., most of the notifications don't work as intended. Especially with multiple notifications on received , only latest can be seen

I am not able to pair the watch after updating to beta version in the app. Please provide the update for beta ROM compitable to watvh

Just one quick question, I set my watch so that it would get the beta updates but when i tried ro install the beta ticwear app on my phone it refused to install,I just wanted to know if there is a way to set my watch back to normal updates.

Not for someone who wants apps on their watch. I've also had issues with re-pairing my watch after getting a new phone (you need to reset the watch). I also really wish the run feature would save your route.

Pairing with the watch only works for the first time when the watch has a QR code. The manual pairing in consequence attempts never worked. I switched my phone a few times and had to reset the watch every time to get it paired

M not able to Receive or Make calls through Ticwatch 2 connected with my Oneplus 5 . Need help.

It would be good, if the metrics of measurements are given the option to change. Why to stick only with mph

I'm using oppoF1s. First 3days all notifications revived my tic watch... Now I cont revived any notifications. App shows "off notification option and on again, or reboot the watch... I was try both options.. Still no use...

Not getting whats app notifications and make the app more user friendly and add more features plz

Horrible app

After update, I can't even connect to my watch and the app keep close if I open it. Seem like the app was crash with phone OS. I AM using HuaWei mate 9

App works great with my Pixel XL, but I would like the global app to not stay on the top notification.

What did you do to the calendar? It used to show my agenda. Now just shows a silly little calendar.

This update crashes on Huawei mate 8! Need to install the previous version, don't update it!

It works well. Except that some watch faces that I had deleted from the watch still appear in the app even after synchronisation.

Getting connected is the pain in the ass. Each time y'all have to factory reset. And the QR code on small watch dial cannot be captured by cellphone camera. Sorry, I have tried iPhone and Xiaomi Note 2 and if iPhone is not good enough, I don't know what else I should use. Why making connection such a hassle? Stupid beyond words!!!!

Any bluetooth headphone can connect to the watch directly? Tried couple brand none of them can connect with the watch GPS seems not accurate compare to cell phone n Gemini watch

Needs improvements but does what I need for now. Love the TicWatch 2 Oak I have.

Very useful if you have are wearing a Ticwear watch which is also very good smart watch

Really handy to keep on current texts, emails, etc while checking the time.

The app is in a continuous crash loop which is causing it to disconnect from my watch 10 to 15 times an hour. My batteries are both draining because of this. Watch is updated and so is the app. Running latest android on Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. Please help!

App is buggy, even after this last update. Support from this company is terrible, many emails unanswered. The even give anyone outside China and small app store which hardly has anything in it. Only thing good is the hardware. Oh and now the battery drains x2 faster than my other Android wear watches.

App SUCK!!!! I am using Android phone, after downloaded the app, gonna pair up with the watch, it shows" Your Ticwear companion is a stable version and it does not match your watch's stable version ROM. please download a stable version Ticwear companion to replace the existing one on your phone." ok! after i downloaded the file, cant open it, and i changed to manual pair up, still cant sync with my phone, what 's wrong with this suck app!!!!! i am using more than one smartwatch, Ticwatch is really suck!

I love the watch, but your website is driving me crazy. Please fix. Stop the crashing! After full watch reboot, everything working fine. I'm very happy!

Glitchy, needs more settings, customization... The watch is advertised having a app for messages,yet there is none, the calender doesn't work, the watch lags, the watch store has ugly faces, and not enough styles. Overall the watch is overpriced, and the app sucks

The app doesn't work properly and never has. So where are the fixes for all these complaints from your paying customers? The updates for the watch are also making the watch worse, not better. The Mobvoi software store is almost empty but for some watch faces and some crappy apps. And let me guess, you'll either ignore this post or say thanks for my feedback regardless of what I say here. Then you'll refer me to your global Facebook site. Is that the same Facebook site you used to allow paying customers to review the watch? The same site where you ignore customer's product issues or respond with more cut and paste answers like here on the Playstore? The same site you later took down due to myriad complaints and poor reviews? Or the developer site where only positive remarks from fanboys get attention and the rest of us paying customers get more cut and paste nonsense or ignored or removed and blocked from the site? Which one eh? You guys promised so much in the kickstarter but consistently fail to deliver.
