Atualmente a Simpatia conta com 16 funcionários, entre diretores, locutores, operadores de áudio e agentes administrativos, conta com uma área de abrangência que atinge aproximadamente 180 mil pessoas das regiões do Alto Uruguai e Planalto Médio.
