BGR The Burger Joint

I want to be able to use this app but it didn't work a year ago and it doesn't work now. Either get server error or blank page. It would be nice to be able to order ahead, but the app doesn't work at all

BGR makes the best burger in my opinion. To bad the ordering app completely detracts from the restaurant. When browsing the menu I am unable to scroll through the selections. Then, when I do pick a selection, the app crashes to a blank white screen. The app is worse than useless.

After joining a payment service to be able to pay for the items in my cart which was a huge hassle when I got to the restaurant to pick up it wasn't ready because the app doesn't allow you to specify the fondness of your burger or to select your desired toppings...A for effort but F for execution

I wanted the app in order to order ahead. The menu of items don't fit on one screen and they don't allow you to scroll down. Also, when I attempt to add an item to my cart (or whatever it's called), I get a blank screen. Boo!

I want to like this app to quickly order and pickup on the fly... Can't scroll on any of the menu pages to build burgers.

Cannot order online since the app doesn't let you get that far before the white screen of force close. Too bad, if it worked, I'd use the crap out of the app. Save the downloaded headache

You can't frigging scroll in the app. You need to look up descriptions online because it isn't included in the app. Can't select burger toppings. Crashed twice while navigating the menu.

Thought they updated it, but I was wrong. You select a burger and the ap stops working so you can't choose how you want that burger done

It just doesn't work. Can't connect to server. I can't scroll and also would just get a random white screen. I like stores that have rewards too but super irritating when you can't benefit from it. BGR do better!!

Can't navigate through the screens. It won't let me sign up.

Cannot scroll the menu and the app freezes. Fix the app it used to work!

Unusable. They've taken down their website ordering system in favor of this terrible app. Looks like I won't BRB again any time soon.

Did not work. Screen would not scroll, then would freeze and finally go blank.

Worked great the first time but doesn't work anymore. White screens. No ability to scroll. Doesn't send forgot password verification code when it says it did.

Quick to locate stores; however, it constantly notifies you of closest store, unless you completely close out application. Cannot enter frequent club number. Removed because of concern of constant pinging would result with extra draw on battery.

Is this app a joke?

Continually receive a white screen when using the app. Too much trouble.

Almost always had issues with the app not functioning properly. BGR claims they care, yet they did nothing to fix the issues nor did they even acknowledge that I had sent problems to them. #FAIL

With one touch, I can order my favorite burger quickly.

Love it.

I can get the reward points for every order I placed through the app.

Tried it out to place an order for pickup. Everyone I switched to another ago, BGR would take over. I could barely type a single word in.

The location popup kept appearing even with the app in background. Closing it didn't help as it just started itself back up automatically.

Won't install. Why bother offering an app that won't install?

Find nearest BGR quickly and accurately, but not much else...Typos everywhere, can't see any place to enter my VIP card, need to log in to third party for payment. Not ready for prime time...

Nowhere to link up my BGR VIP card. Not trusting you all with a payment card. I had great hopes for this app. Not ready for prime time. Uninstalled.

Simple and fast ordering. Like the notification feature when the order is ready. Reward $$ is applied automatically, save me money.
