dont use or register ufx it just fvkn annoying app, theyll just keep calling you on private number and asking you for deposit!!! to ufx dont reply this review if you just ask me to contact support service coz i already send you fkn email... i asking them to stop calling me, and they just fkn reply "we will try to provide you with a solution as soon as possible" wth?!! the only solution just stop calling me!! r u rtard or just stupid.

When asked support about 2 factor authentication they tried to trick me into quoting GDPR legislation, and that the account was automatically "more secure" because it's a financial institution. When I argued that those arguments were invalid they basically hanged the phone in my face. The platform is in fact interesting, but keep your money safe. Use always 2FA! A password is not enough to protect your assets, and YOU will be liable for those damages, not the company!

The trainer helped me a lot ...he was the one who "pushed" me to trade on Bitcoin and not lose the opportunity. And thanks to him i withdrawal a profit of 6 thousand dollars. Thank you UFX.

Don't not use this app it's a scam. They won't stop calling me on blocked numbers up to 10 times a day asking me to deposit money. They keep telling me to invest now as a big financial event is about to take place, but there never is. Don't download this app, not worth it. There's plenty of others to use.

اوسخ خدمه عملاء تعاملت معاهم بحياتي، يتصلوا فيك علشان يتفلسفو وبالاخير بيقلك من وين انت ولا كم لك عائش بأوروبا، وغير كدا كثيرين اتصال وازعاج على الفاطي، لو حابين ترتقوا غيروا واجهتكم الي فيها عينه مش حق شغل، حق طوله لسان على الزبائن وقله حياه....

After 1 hour of regestering a man called me and started asking questions why i downloaded the app. After arguning for a while he told me that the account will be de activated. Well bye bye as if i would care. Deserves less than 1 star for treating me like that. Never ever use this app

Fraud app ..when u start it thè app gives u 50$ for free 5 mnts later they called me when i told them i'll think about it they insisted that i enter my card number but i said later then they called several times when they found out im not interested they blocked my account immediatly..plz beware ..dont download it..they dont deserve the one star..frauuuuud

STAY CLEAR. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR DEPOSIT FUNDS IN WITH THIS BROKER. So far after downloading the app and putting money in, i got called by a guy there constantly telling me to put more money in, he called me 8 times in one day and emailed 4 times. I have blocked all their numbers and i am about to block the email too. I have not been able to sign in all weekend since friday so if you want to buy or trade you will have no luck and miss a lot of opportunities. I will take my money out tonight and place it elsewhere. Don't send me your stupid automated messages either. UPDATE: I GOT CALLED 20 TIMES YESTERDAY AND THE GUY HAS GONE AND TAKEN FUNDS OUT OF MY BANK WITHOUT PERMISSION. THESE PEOPLE ARE POISON.

Total scam and the company is on the FCA list of scam companies. They are not regulated in the UK. They will call you and attempt to hard sell you into giving them everything you have within minutes of registration. If you don't answer they will spam you abusive and patting emails. Avoid them at all costs. Look them up online and see some of the horrible stuff they've done to people. Shouldn't be on the store.

Una vergüenza, lenta, pierdes dinero porque al cerrar operaciones muchas veces da error y no te deja cerrar y, sobre todo, el support una desgracia, te prometen mucho y una vez metes el dinero desaparecen y ni te contestan si no les conviene. En definitiva, debería ser ilegal. Añado esto para contestar al comentario de UFX a este propio comentario: mandé algún mensaje a ese email hace semanas y el primero hace meses y NADIE ha contestado todavía, así que que un copia y pega no os engañe.

I installed the app by a looking at an advertisement which conveyed the story that UFX is one of the best trading places to trade cryptocurrencies. Altogether, you can right now trade only 16 currencies. That is not a huge amount of options. However, it looks like a decent platform. On the hand, the thing that pissed me off mostly, is the many times calling the same day from their sales agents/ investment advisers. However, that is not the worst part, at a point if you ask any tricky questions or a critical comment, they will hang up on your face. Furthermore, the same agent called me multiple times, and when he realized that he talked with me before and hanged up on me before, he didnt even bother to recall the previous call (1 hour before) and again hangs up on me. Horrible service, terrible behavior. Not gonna put my penny in it.

App has stopped working got money tied up in account and just keeps saying no interner. Which there is.

I oppened an account and deposit my money and uoloaded all needed documents and suddenly they blocked my account telling me that i didn't upload my documents !!! Tried to contact them. No one answered ! What to do ?

Dont give them your phone number necause they will call you 100 times a day. I even changed my phone number

Ufx is scam, see it in the scam trading sites, Spam , always calling me about 30 times a day, and bad news .

Actually gobsmacked! Within 60 seconds of downloading this app I had some crazy woman phone me asking me questions and shouting at me down the phone telling me that trading isn't a job. When she realised I would not sit back and be spoken to like that she hung up on me. Actually shocked at what just occurred. Stay well away!

This app is still taking money out of my bank account even though I have resign an hold no assets of there's. I have no idea why you want to take my money so stop it before i start legal actions.

This is a fake app dont pay them any money. I asked them why my account wouldn't verify after 4 weeks and why cant l buy and sell no answer so l told them this app was fake scam and all my ripple disappeared from my account within the 1 hour. Dont get trust them.

It might be my first time to write a review, bit i have to say that this app/company is the biggest scam ever, DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER, they will keep calling every day, any time during the week, and they will try to push you to trade with them and make a deposit.

السلام عليكم لقد تم الاتصال بي وكانت البدايه جيده .. واخذت معلومات جديده .. وعندما طلب مني افتح حساب وطلب ادخل بيانات حسابي قلت له دعني افكر .. وهنا انقلب نبره صوته وكانه فقد يريد اني يجرني لذلك فلو انتم شركه جيده لاعطيتموني فرصه للتفكير فبالبدايه عندما اتصل قلت انا اقود السياره قال اتصل بك بعد ساعه لانه ليس لدي وقت لك وبعدها اتضح بانه لديه فقط وهي فقط مساله نصب .. لانه قال لي دخل بطاقتك حسب قوله للتاكد بانها جيده اتضح بانه يجرني لسحب مبلغ وقدره ٥٠٠ دولار كحد ادني حسب ما ادعى لنتاكد منها وعندما بدأت ادخل رقم البطاقه بدا يشجعني وقبل لا ادخل ال ccv قلت لكن هذه كانما شراء شيء وادخلت المبلغ .. بعدها استفز ورفع صوته وقال انك جربت ببطاقه شغاله لكي تختبرنا وهنا صدمت كيف كذبني مع العلم كنت ادخل بطاقه بنك صحيحه وراتبي يودع بها اسم المتصل مصطفى ولديه ايميل منه ختى ايميلهم فارغ حتى لا يثبتون على انفسهم شيء ساقدم شكوى رسميه كي لا يقع احد غيري ضحيه لهم المحامي اياد السامرائي نفس الاحابه ارسل لنا ايمل وسوف نتصل بك والخ .. وهو نفس الشخص النصاب يجاوب والدليل والدليل عندما كتبت عن تعاملهم في النصب والاحتيال بعث الشخص المسمى مصطفى شاهين ايميل لي يقول نحن لسنا حراميه وانما الشركه الاولى في اوربا .. انا احاول التصال بالاضافه للشرطه البريطانيه كذلك بكوكل بلي لالغاء التطبيق لانه للنصب والاحتيال حتى عندما انزلت الاب قال لي الموظف اخرح ج من بلي اب حتى ينزل التطبيق بسرعه وهو يريد بذلك حتى لا اقره التعلقيات وتقيمكم الرديء بالنصب والاحتيال اعتقد افضل حل تغلقون التطبيق والا ستلاحقون قضائيا حتى لو عنوانكم في قبرص او اي مكان بالعالم ولدي تسجيل كامل بالمحادثه التي جرت مع مندوبكم النصاب الفاشل
