It's draining my battery and when I file a rapport to my employer there's no way to retrieve it by myself for my own administration. I use an android and android puts it to sleep when it's not used for some time. Fix a work around, please. If you can do it for an Iphone, then why not for an Android. Your app sucks, it also doesn't work properly inside buildings. Wast of money for my employer.

I used to be able to check into my gps patrol points manually now due to the update i cant. Please fix that

It would be more helpful if we could take pictures while writing reports inside the app. Also I can't see declined reports, that need resubmitted.

I downloaded the app and it isnt even giving me the option of registering for it. It even tells me once i click forgot password to click back and click register but there is no register.

Mobile Workforce Management

I understand this app is in development, to preface. The end user needs access to their own history, of reports, in particular. The check in feature is buggy and annoying , at best. After the initial check in use - the constant reminders to check in -for no reason- and then being told I'm already checked in? Needs attention . I want to review my reports of last week. Why does a history not exist?

Explain why the app needs access to my contact information? Why does it need access to my camera and take pictures without my consent?

My company recently started using this app. While it is a good way to submit reports and check in at locations, there is no way to review a report once it has been submitted, and if you happen to minimize the app to get information from another source (Inkpad, notepad, etc.) everything you had previously entered into eBeacons gets wiped clean and you have to start over.
