I tried to add money to my acct but then it would ask me to scan the card but then nothing happens after that. The whole point of the app was so that i could do it from home instead of waiting until I got to work to reload.

Reloading the account takes too much time. You for some inexplicable reason don't accept PayPal, and I can't use my auto fill in. Each and Every time I want to add money to my account, I have to manually enter the type of card, the card number, the date of expiration, the secret code and my freaking zip code! I'm not going to use this on anything resembling a regular basis because it's more trouble than it's worth.

App is always failing to load or failing to display my barcode. I've resorted to taking a screenshot of my barcode to use with the machine since I can't rely on this useless app to even open consistently. Go back to physical cards!

The kiosk won't read the bar code on my phone making it impossible to use my loaded account. What a waste of time.

Company kitchen must have the best sales department in the industry because their success didn't come from the CTO. I honestly tried to sign up but I guess they just don't want my demo and spending data.

Have an existing account at work on their machines however, their app fails to recognize my account. You think with all the money I give them, they would invest in the CK IT department. This app sucks.

Keeps saying can not connect to server. Useless. How am I suppose to get my earn my coupons if the app wont work. ? Frustrated

I forgot my username and i can't talk to customer support without my card number which i don't know either. Thanks guys for locking me out of my own account

I despise this other and that my company uses them. It keeps the change. You'll never get it back. At the end of the day, eventually, you'll walk away and they'll keep some of your money, even if it's only a few cents.

It doesn't allow login. Reset password several times. Same result each time. Can't login at this time. Guess I'll just bring my lunch everyday and let this company go on without this customer.

Unable to login. You'll take my money on the web client but the app won't let me log in to use it.

Some things are a little pricey, but setup was easy, loading can sometimes be slow but overall its a good app

I can log into the site, but the app doesn't recognize my password. I even tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, then trying the password again. No luck. There appears to still be a bug with the app.

Pointless app. Kept telling me that first, my username was already selected, then my phone number was already in use, and then my email was already in use. Have never used this app a day in my life. Guess I won't, either.

Created an account but it keeps saying password is incorrect. Changed password and says same thing.

Ck card reader never works.

They're HORRIBLE I added money to the account because the process was communicated poorly, I didn't know I could just use a cc. I asked for a refund and was told they could mail a check...payrange and any number of services are better equipped to deal with issues...these people are in the stone age. Really behind the curve.

So to earn the promos..do you have to use your ck card? Or can you use your debit linked to your email?
