Booked a taxi via this app, had booking confirmation. Stood waiting for said taxi, when I called up to check on its status, the operator told me it had been 'cancelled for some reason' - not impressed at all especially as then I had to wait nearly an hour for another taxi! On the upside, at least the driver was friendly..

The old version of this app was fine, now I can't even Oder a taxi. It says I'm miles away from where I am and won't calculate how much or even set up my taxi. Just ringing up instead.
