App now allowing destination to be entered to get fare quote after latest bug fix. Menu bar not appearing. Could be it is not compatible with my ZTE mobile as the menu bar does appear on my tablet.

App has become unusable...i was able to book a taxi through the app on the 23rd of this month but a few days later the app has stopped working. I am able to input pick up location and destination but after that you can't do anything. It just flashes calculating price and then when you click to book the taxi it just stays on the 'finding you a car' for about 2 minutes before taking you back to the calculating price and not booking a taxi. Not impressed!

I don't know what has happened since the last upgrade but it is now basically unusable. Have booked two taxis since the upgrade and both have gone to totally different addresses. Please sort it, cos it was a great app

Buggy. Loses connection... No notification for dispatch etc... tracking doesn't update just shows an entirely incorrect location half the time. Unusable to be honest

Broken since recent major updates. The app constantly accesses GPS location in the background, even without the app in fore or background memory. This drains the battery. Also has "bad connectivity", nearly all the time on any connection.

It doesn't work at all for me or anyone I know. It used to work great but then they changed the system over and ever since its just got worse.

Since the latest update my pho e keeps telling me the app is draining my battery power even when it's not open.

Doesn't pick up address properly but this company have spoilt a small town since taking over their taxi firm, taken all the taxis out of the area causing chaos and unsafe nights for people - disgusting service lately

Completed the fair opted for a female fare. Called the control center and they kept hanging up. If they didn't have control over the taxi service in Middlesbrough I'd use another service. Terrible customer service.

Do not get Boro taxi's. They are a joke of a company that raises the price of your taxi when you get in. I orded one through their app and was quoted £11.20. When we arrived at the destination the driver demanded £15.50. Please do not use.

Since upgrade carnt book a Taxi it just goes round and round then stops .have to phone it in

The app doesn't work anymore. Will not calculate price or allow you to book a taxi.

useful for booking taxis but an absolute battery killer. even when it hasn't been opened in days it keeps draining the battery. uninstalled for this reason

Used app to book a taxi from a destination I entered in. Sent taxi to destination I was passing on train. This needs fixing

Latest update fixed the issue of crashing

Flattens battery. Uses more than 30% of my battery in half a day. Other than that it works well.

Drains battery when I hadn't even opened the app. Had the GPS active for 8 hours

Would be great if it worked. Tried 4 times and ended up calling.

Since the latest update, when adding the destination the app closes and says it's not responding. So I can no longer pay on card. Please fix this as I'm not the only one with this issue. Thanks.

Misleads in how long it will take for a taxi to arrive. "Pick me up in 6 minutes". Half an hour later, a car hasn't even been dispatched.

Never had a problem with them. Been late a few times but other than tat gd service

Good app... love the tracking and driver info section & can give price included..never had any problems

Very Good App .customer service needs to improve though.

Have to manually add my address and pick up places as it says I'm other end of area! Works OK and you are priority over automated service and dispatch calls. Will also add 70% of 5* reviews here are from the drivers!

Removed this app after the last update as for some reason it was using 12% of my battery and significantly reducing my battery life. I wasn't even using the app. I will re install it if this is fixed. It suggests it is doing something in the background.

Disgraceful service. Last two Saturday nights have been half an hour late and they even picked somebody else up instead of us when they finally arrived. Distinct lack of communication.

Only thing I'd like to see is a multiple pickup/dropoff option. Other than that really handy. Nice, as a woman, to have all the driver and cab info too.

Local business fail to show on the map, or The Swatters Carr and Banana Leaf both give their addresses which the driver has no idea are (ie 135-137 Linthorpe Road), the drivers can't find these addresses. Everyone I use it the driver gets list finding me, easier to call despatch.

Gud tech quicker booking and know ing exactly were your booking is at is a gud idea but get the bugs outta it all I've seen. Is bad reviews I'll try it today

You need to use promotional code when activating this app. It doesn't give the option later. Can't find a way to delete account or credit card details from this app. I shouldn't have entered them I'm the first place :-$

Used three different bank cards and all three times it either randomly rejected said bank card, tried to remove my first-time discount or randomly adjusted the price when I got to the bank payment screen.

Validation code not received. Requested 3 times. Upon receipt I will review my rating but it's not a good start.
