Mobitel Selfcare

Very very poor App. This does'nt support at least #888# services. We must have a feature to see the usage history (msg, calls, data, mms). Difinitly very poor app... dialog selfcare app is far more better than this!!!!

This is the worst self care app I have ever see. It crash every time. And don't have basic functions. Before release this kind of app pls study other available app. It helps to for for better one. I don't like to say this but at least pls check dialog self care and how it works..... I decided to remove this. Will see in future with better one.

Useless app. Only very few features are available. Even can't activate a data packages. Lean some idea how should self-care app should be, install Dialog Self-care and feel the difference. Mobitel is very far away from comparing to the Dialog.

Can't even register. Refuses valid password options that meet all criteria. Call me if you want help building something your customers will love.

Worst app ever.... it's very dissapointing for a company with so much of technology at its disposal..... it can't even develop an app that is used friendly.... it's lags a lot and is very slow..... the apps appearance not user friendly at all.... when compared with its competitor Dialogs self help app the mobitel app is so far far away from even remotely being atleast good.... very dissapointed.... the 3.2 rating is too good for this crappy app....

App eka update karanna adahasak nadda. Dialog balanna supper selfcare. Oyalage app eken ape sim eke balance eka balanna 3 step issarahata yanna oni. Bad app. Dennan wale denna epa. App eka develop karalatganna.

This is a very primitive & basic app for a Government backed leading telecommunication company. You can do better. You should feel shame to have this in the app store. Useless app. Either upgrade this or delete this.

The app is very less performing when compared with the Dialog self care app, seriously. I am using a Dialog connection as well and their self care app is superb (please check). I had the same expectation when installing this app, even the Registration is not user friendly. The app loads and lags a lot. Please do something to improve the app. I uninstalled it. Thank you.

Replace this app with a new working app. There is nothing to fix in current one. Its useless

Please develop this app. Its so painful to work with it. Last update 2 years ago. Make this app much more user friendly like other networks.

App crash when I try to add my mobile number . And always display error java.lang null pointer

It is a Rubbish. This will retard the image of mobitel. Remove it

Good work but we have to update details manually. Please add a option to synchronize hourly or something. Otherwise this is oddd.

I can't even check my credit balance. It says 'error'

Need Improvements Useful​ for postpaid users but sometimes​ the app crashes, very slow and doesn't display updated status.

Aside from being a crappy app it is full of bugs.

Dev team from Mobitel, We wonder why you even bothered to create this useless app. There's nothing useful we can get. Please get a proper dev crew and may be look at Dialog app and create something useful or don't waste your time at all. No offence.
