In addition to OfficeSuite Premium, QuickSpell will work with applications like Contacts, Calendar, Email, Facebook, etc. along with all spellcheck enabled Edit fields and Views.
Just make sure that Spell Checking is enabled in System Settings.

Warning: QuickSpell cannot work as default Android spell checker on heavily customized Android distributions, such as for example Samsung TouchWiz devices. Users with such devices might not be able to see Android Spell Check settings screen and thus not being able to benefit from QuickSpell in the built-in Android applications. However, QuickSpell will continue to work with MobiSystems OfficeSuite Pro.
Please note that on some customized Android 4.0.x device restart might be needed after the initial installation, in order for QuickSpell to appear in Android Spell Checker settings.

After installation, go to Settings->Language and input->Spell checker (if available on your device) in order to select QuickSpell as default Android spell check provider.

I've already suffered through multiple upgrades, each of which seemed to offer less and less functionality--including removing the in-app spell check--then I paid for QuickSpell, and now they want me to buy something else? I'll live with the mis-spellings.

It really doesn't know the US English language. It keeps changing to different language defaults. It can't ignore incorrect spellings, such as slang and names. When writing a book this app is no help at all. There are so many words it does not know. And if there are any typos in this review, let me tell you, god knows I need this app. I'm hopeless with spelling. Go ahead and hate. I am a dumb millenial who depends on her devices to get through a day of writing. Or, geeze, teaching her son how to spell properly at the very least. Computers are my brain's bane. I do use a physical dictionary and thesaurus on occasion, I swear.

I use office pro. All the time so I got the premium version and thought it would be nice to have a spell checker. This spell checker doesn't know many words at all. I had to add the word "five" to my dictionary because spell checker didn't know it. It seems to me that a spell checker should know common words already.

I purchased&installed officesuite PDF+fonts pro and installed quickspell and it asked me to download another free officesuite edition! Wait why do you think I would waste my memory to install three apps instead of two?

Bought the pro version and it told me if I wanted a spell checker I need to get this so bought and now it says I need to buy the premiem version to use this! I was my money back, this was false advertising
