Update the dictionary to the latest 12 edition. Please remove home page( word of the day, rate it, word look up, invite friends options) or give a option to enter directly into the dictionary. What I loved most is it got rid of audio pronunciations.

Very useful. Best of all dictionaries. Makes the meaning easier. The flip part is you will not know you are using dictionary or thesaurus, though switching between them is flawless. There is no audio pronunciation if you have both dictionary and thesaurus, though audio is there when you buy only the dictionary! I donot know why.

It is a dictionary and it works. I particularly dislike the regular prompt to rate it. I paid for this app I should be allowed to review or not as I see fit. Stop asking for me to "rate it 5 stars". Review submitted in the hope that the reminder goes away! Are you now satisfied developer?

The dictionary is excellent. The interface indeed does let it down. Spam like features "rate app" and "invite friends" in form of tiles overload homepage . Switching between dictionaries isn't intuitive, you have to touch pictogram and pressing name of the dictionary isn't working here. On a defenition page, it's the same, you can't switch between dictionaries or make combined view of it, what would help expend your vocabulary and improve spelling . And on top of it, there's no option to syncronise or back up your favourites to the cloud , so when you swop your phone what I've done a few times since I use the application, you lose it.

Installed this app after several attempts did not get past searching, noticed it had the same exact layout as the American Heritage dictionary, both sluggish and faulty.

Do not purchase this application. It stops working shortly after making payment of 30 euros.
