It's ok app but to litle words

I bought this app on my HTC Nexus One running gingerbread in Thailand. It is unreliable garbage. I cannot download the library for offline use- each time I try I get a 'IOExeception cannot connect to server'. When I try using over 3G, when I click on the audio icon to pronounce a word I sometimes get "cannot connect to audio server". Finally I wrote to the company asking for help or a refund I got no response. The '15 minute' refund policy is total BS because it takes like 15 minutes to just download the app from within Thailand (they don't have the fastest internet). Don't buy it; you are wasting your money. The Thailand people are 100 times more friendly and helpful than this company who wrote the app, despite the fact many Thais I've run into can't really speak English.
