ZenDay: Calendar, Tasks, To-do for Android
The only downside to this app is the repeating tasks always move back to the start of the next day, instead of repeating at the same time each day. Another issue is my different synced calendars don't show the same color as they're supposed to.
There's been no update in a year (9 months for the beta) so I'm cautious about trusting this. That's a shame because the developers have slickly integrated tasks, calendars and time analysis. If that wasn't enough the 3d view suits the way my head works perfectly.
Not importing all appointments from Google Calendar. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, still didnt work. Its a shame, because I love the presentation
Really needs Outlook support to work for me
This app has been awesome. I used other apps to get organized and keep track of my appointments, but this one takes the cake. I have actually been more productive.

The 3D view is disorienting. You're selling the wrong feature. You ought to focus on the awesome auto rescheduling tasks. There is no app that does that! Believe me I've checked. Just the interface is annoying!
I don't know if the developers are supporting this app any longer. It seems to be in a very fragile state with the last two phones I've owned (Samsung Galaxy S5 and now Nexus 6P). There are some key features also missing, in spite of previous improvements, such as being able to search through your list of tasks. Syncing with Google Tasks also seems to be broken. Such a sad ending for this brilliant app concept! Nothing else out there exists for non-Outlook tasks that does this to my knowledge. Super sad.
Don't be put off by the spatial effects of the display: the details of each day can be viewed by scrolling on the right of each day's display. Its easy to move appointments and tasks around and there's a list view available too. Developers please note: One improvement needed - reminders for tasks as well as events
I've tried a bunch of different calendar apps from Google on down, and in my opinion ZenDay is the best.
This is the one I've kept for the longest. I don't have it now. I'm trying out a few that integrate with iftt. I'll tell ya, they are ok, but Zen day runs circles around all 4 that I have tried. Please take my $3 per month! The few v version of this is better than the paid off those others!
Just installing it, but will probably be uninstalling it. I use key areas/categories to keep my different tasks/events under control, so would want to be able to categorise tasks/events. So, just a list (albeit the 'floating tasks' idea seems great) isn't enough for me. Sorry.
$3/month....out of mind. Better use anydo much better
i thought of this timeline layout for tasks a cpl of yrs ago - glad someone implemented it! but i hate subscription apps so i can't go premium. i know im not alone - Google people's reaction to adobe going subs. Also: why does rest of day disappear when i create task? Ridiculous! i need to see all of today without scrolling or changing screens
Lame
Instant Review - Only downloaded 2 minutes ago and already happy to give it 3 stars (very unlike me) Easily syncs google tasks (with extra app) and automatically adds tasks into free time on your calendar. Downloaded to assist with time management as i have ADD/ADHD and think it should work well.
Although few problems with the widget. Sometimes widget reverts to the default skin and sometimes just shows a blank white screen. Please fix for 5 stars. Thanks.
This app has been awesome. I used other apps to get organized and keep track of my appointments, but this one takes the cake. I have actually been more productive.
I loved this program until I found out that you can't specify the default increments per task. So it shows 1 task per hour. Would be better if you could pick 15 or 30 minutes. Unusable as is for me. And it's so close to perfect that it taunts me.
... when I realized that tasks I was completing disappeared. There appears to be no archive, and they don't appear in my Microsoft Exchange or Google or native S Planner task lists. Boo. UPDATE: Dang, today I just lost my whole active task list. There is no archive or cloud backup. I'm outta here, uninstalling.
I have searched endlessly for an app to store my tasks and send me reminders, and I finally found it! This app truly is what it says it is. I would recommend it to everyone!
I love it.. It s exactly what I want looking for.. Even I would be like to have paid version.. To speed up development, because there is a lot of things to improve.. But I love it..
Great presentation of the timeline and integration works fine for me...I hope this app continues to develop.
Very much looking forward to using this great app again. I have used this app on a BlackBerry, but when I changed My Black Berry mdl. TO newer mdl. This app was not available. Very pleased to have it again .there have been few apps, as capable. Thank you. Rjm
It would be nice if there were a desktop version or browser plugin so I can stay on track when I'm on the computer.
Very well designed and easy to use
Great perspective for looking at you day's production.
Nice app. New idea..interesting
Good except for one major flaw on my setup. It does not sync ZenDay events to Google calendar but does sync Google to ZenDay
This is exactly what I've been looking for. Syncs with both calendar and evernote. Has an awesome interface, looks professional. Best to do app by far. THANKS to the developer
looking fwd to zday evolution(s); IE An 'accomplished-tasks' zenday section, which graphically didn't clutter the actual calendar wd be nice n free flowin!
Great app. Fits perfectly into my gtd workflow.

Old review: Really nice, but force closes now This is my favourite app for life planning. But two or three updates back (with introduction of Club) it becomes force closes on certain tasks. Please, do something, you geniuses! I'm ready to join Premium if fixed. (Old review: A timeline 3d graphic representation of my schedule is very helpful for me, it's natural.)
But need google calendar too
Repeat on tasks is a paid feature.

Have had this calendar for the last few days and noticed after day 1 the app will not open when initially tapped. It takes 2 to 3 taps to open. Will see if this is resolved on the next update but will uninstall if not
