Bug: Lease notes do not appear in app but do in browser. Also, needs more features to reflect browser experience

Used to be ok. Can't even get logged on since the last update. App automatically logs me out in a split second if I'm lucky enough to actually get passed the log on screen

The fees are getting a little bit ridiculous for small landlords and I'm actively looking for a replacement. The ease of use is unrivaled arguably, although the full feature set really aren't expressed in the app but the fees versus the comptetition are losing justifiability. I'd think if you have over 10 or so properties you can perhaps justify it, but just starting out is impossible. There are other options available like RentecDirect or 123Landlord that offer nearly everything for free or $15 a month.

That app is too limited. Please make a real effort here. The whole world has gone mobile.

True, it doesn't do everything the website does. If you already use Buildium, this app is a perfect field extension of what you can do back in the office! I look forward to more features being native in the app someday...but for now we use it primarily to coordinate our maintenance techs and I couldn't be happier!

When I try to log in it just says "loading accounts" and "logging in" and then cycles back to the log in page. Even after a password reset so I know it's not that. Mobile site on Android is garbage also. Won't let me even click the area where I would enter my password

I can't use this app to collect rent. It has no features to pull up a tenant and collect his rent, and add it to his balance. They should also create a way to print a reciept. Maybe sell a mini printer. It would make life much easier. ...

The only things you can basically do with this app is add notes to tenant accounts, and have access to tenant contact info. What about adding payments or charges? Accessing tenant documents? Viewing vendor info? Allowing tenants to access their accounts via mobile? Yes I can access the full site from a link in the app , but the site is not mobile optimized. It's 2016 Buildium - get it together!

App needs to have financial transactions. When you go collect rent to be able add that on the spot. Checks/Cash etc. The rest of the app I can do by going to the website.

Need to perform financial transactions within app. Also upload pics to lease and tenant. Functionality is really limited

Customers have been consistently requesting a number of features... the longer I go with the same seriously limited utility, the more frightened I become that mobile development has actually stalled over at Buildium. This leads to concerns for the future of my business which runs a Buildium platform and with each passing day becomes more and more deeply invested in its growth and future success. I've been using this app long enough to know its time for added features (or beta testing features).

Please make a similar app for tenants to access their information. They all use mobile phones and don't like having to fill out forms on a browser.

The disconnect between task and work order. They seem to feel the task is superior to the work order. Mist be apple people. Notes are made cumbersome by number of steps. This os an app for field use and should be friendlier. The recent upgrad3 changed it to WiFi only. When you are in a specific unit and go to tasks you have to find the unit you are creating the task for, there is no link. The work order shows and to create the wo you have to find the unit again. Other than that at this point i still use.

Improved functionality with this release but I still can't access vendor information from the peoples tab.

I love that i have the ability to create tasks/work orders while on site now. I'm really needing the option to receive rent while on site as I do have some tenants that will pay when the see me around the property.

I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and have made several suggestions to the company to improve & enhance end user functionality, which none have been released. Unless they start to listen to their customers, I might be looking at other options in the near future.

Worked on my iphone but on my note 3 I have installed and uninstalled for 4 months and get the same error when I sign in. Oops there were problems connecting to the server.

It should be updated to the Holo look. Basic functionality is ok but needs more to be truly useful.

Needs more functionality for this app to be useful. Your better off sticking with the web interface than downloding this app.

Get an error "can't reach the server" half of the time. Can't enter rental payments. Basically a glorified address book.

No function at all that is helpful. Points only to residence site not management. Dies work on iPhone however.

I was one that voted heavily for this option through Buildium. I was so excited when I heard that it was being rolled out. Only to be let down after a few months of use that no updates have been made. No password protection for the app! A must have for liability reasons. No ability to create work orders while on site! No ability to receive rent while on site! The address book is useless without the ability to modify the filters. Only thing I use it for now is to check tenant balance. Get it fixed!

Every time I try to open this app, I get an error saying, "Unable to connect to server." Edited: I upgraded my phone. I really hoped that this app would finally work for me. However, I am very disappointed that this is not compatable with ICS. So I am leaving my poor rating.

Please fix issue. Just started property mgt company.30 units. Looking to expand, this would be a great sell to my upcoming investors. Please fix.

I have downloaded the Buildium App for my Samsung Galaxy phone on Verizon and when I click on it, nothing appears... PLEASE HELP! I was thinking of upgrading my phone to the new 3 S edition and giving this phone to my husband, but he currently has the old Android that Buildium does work on, so now I am thinking of waiting until it works with ICS....

The "quick links" in the main app, if added to the phone app would make it very useful & I would rate it 4 or 5 stars!

Can't do much other than look at info already entered. Would love to be able to enter items in the app, but at least you can access the full site with one click. Need to update for us ice cream sandwich users! It stopped working as soon as I upgraded android to 4.0.3!

Missing too much functionality. It's difficult to use the web interface on the phone to do day-to-day things like record tenant payments, or deposits. In fact, entering rent received before the due date isn't even possible using the phone browser (at least in my case). I expected this app to handle the most basic daily operations, so that there was no need to invoke the browser.... unfortunately, it doesn't. I'm happy with Buildium, and it works great over the web on a PC, but this app doesn't really meet any of our needs. I hope they'll continue to roll out functionality to this app, because it would be REALLY useful if/when they do.

We have happily used the landlord edition for years for $162 per year only to now have them change us to the property manager edition for 40 units even though we only have 9 units and do not need or want the upgrade! Then they are charging us $432 per year for something we don't use and don't want! Don't waste your time or energy on this app!

Good app but there is a glaring bug for Android devices. It displays the Due Date for tasks and work orders one day earlier than what is in the Web version. Can't believe something as basic as this was missed.
