Pitcrew Car Service & Tracking

Pitcrew is slightly better than typical maruti dealers. They strive to be different by providing live feeds (images and videos) , which is a feature that sets them apart. But it's a primitive effort as of now. Lot more improvement is needed, before it can actually be useful for customers. They also need to focus on service aspects. They have potential to become better. Worth a try! Recommended.

Don't give your car in the hand of these people. They may take/swap something out of your vehicle and they won't listen to you at all. They might not be using genuine lubricant n oil. I am not at all satisfied n since they don't listen... Cautioning all

Totally fraud company. for a small issue they are charging rs. 17000 and same issue resolved in rs. 1400 in Hyundai car station. never visit this fraud company. Owners are never available. employees are arrogant. Horrible Experience

Very bad experience. No proper check attempt also my key area was tempered. Complained the same but no hearing. Not recommended

Not a very good experience as few things were misplaced and damaged.Quality of servicing is also not good. Lot of things got misplaced and damaged and no action was taken by pitcrew team.

Another first class service Once again a great service, polite attentive staff, always,and very competitive cost. It was a pleasure to discover a business which cares not only for your vehicle but treat their customers so nicely. Service was average. Despite spending a huge amount on service as per Pitcrew team's suggestions on part replacements, car was returned with back seat dirty and other problems such as rear window switch, front high beam lamps and rear number plate lamp not working. Car was picked up again the next day but returned this time with almost zero petrol and stopped during the test drive. Had to push the car to the petrol pump. Rear number plate lamp was not fixed again but I didn't have the patience to follow up again. If they treat customers paying 45K for service like this not sure how others are being treated who pay less. Video updates also don't seem genuine as video is always shot from a close up range and doesn't show your entire car. Could be video of any car. Best to avoid this service provider.

I gave my Santro car for service. Amazing to find someone who does not overcharge and provides genuine advice. Mine is an old vehicle and the team guided me on what to do and what not. Many items were repaired at good price.

Impressed by the service standards. Vivek was in touch regularly and shared all details promptly. He was a good guide in my repair related work and helped me understand all issues

A hassle free way to care for ur car..i ordered pitcrew car service and had the car-i20 pickied up from my home in morning and delivered in the evening... as simple as that. The crew members..sent me regular updates on WhatsApp..via pics and vid clips ,and made sure that i was informed of all the changes. I would definitely recommend their service..!!
