The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, for the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the broken hearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.

God began to work in the life of Dr. Kingsley Joseph in 1985 when he was an undergraduate at the university of Jaffna- Sri Lanka, while the island was entering into one of the brutal civil wars the world history has ever witnessed.
