Give Me Back Elmo Party

Bobby Smith, British political and fathers' rights activist is the founder and leader of the Give Me Back Elmo party which he set up to seek to change the law in family courts after his own experiences.

The party believes that every child has a right to a father and that the British government should stop discrimination against fathers in the secretive, gender bias Family courts.

The Give Me Back Elmo party had its first Parliamentary candidate in the Witney constituency in the 2015 General Election as Party leader Bobby Smith stood in the Prime Ministers constituency.
