Para muchos una dieta es un periodo en la que se alimenta con muchas restricciones con el único fin de adelgazar.

Para mi una dieta saludable es aquella que puedes llevar toda tu vida, alimentándote adecuadamente con todos lo beneficios y nutrientes que la naturaleza nos ofrece. Con un peso adecuado y con salud.

Estudiando distintas dietas he llegado a la conclusión de que la dieta ideal es más bien una mezcla de otras muchas dietas que tienen su lógica y nos brindan sus beneficios. No creo en las dietas relámpago y estrictas. Ya que para mi una dieta es más bien un estilo de vida, un estilo de alimentación saludable.

Juntos encontraremos esa dieta ideal saludable, que nos haga sentir bien.
