This sucked. It would not even start up. All that happened was a buck of pop up adds

Terrible app. Error in showing the moves and always being bombarded with pop up adverts. No wonder it is free. A true disappointment.

It is a good app for health but as far as it goes. I train 108 and Qi Quan 108. However if one makes it this far I highly suggest downloading "Chen combat form 108 STYLE" that is a better instructional video from a master himself. I do not suggest people doing *chi or Quan until they read about why each move has its own purpose. Example brush knee and repulse monkey are good for digestive system. The palm monkey can also relieve headaches. It is not wise to do certain moves because of effect. Good luck.
