Earthsave Canada's Metro Vancouver Veg Directory is the city's most up-to-date listing of vegan and vegetarian restaurants, retailers and more. We distribute a printed version to hundreds of businesses, and offer a more indepth online version with fully searchable listings.
Earthsave Canada is a Vancouver-based registered charity. We advocate the move towards a more whole foods, plant-based diet for environmental sustainability, better health, and compassion toward animals.
We believe communities are stronger when they set a table that people from all cultures and beliefs can enjoy. Plant-based is the most equitable menu there is!

I use this app a lot and its so great for when I need to find a place to eat nearby or when I just want to try a new restaurant. The only thing is that the map can load really slowly sometimes. I also hope to see more often updates since there are so many new vegetarian/vegan (friendly) restaurants opening up all the time in the lower mainland.

For reference: I installed on Android 4.2.1 Issues: - map zooms in unbearably slow - map zooms out of location when I go back to it after checking a listing (would like it to retain the location I zoomed into) - app crashes almost every time I open it - bottom nav buttons are a little small for my normal sized thumbs (lol)
