A través de este servicio podrá obtener y/o consultar on-line un informe en el que se recogen todas las situaciones de alta o baja de una persona en el conjunto de los distintos regímenes del sistema de la Seguridad Social.

A quién va dirigido

Ciudadanos que estén cotizando o que lo hayan hecho alguna vez a lo largo de su vida y que, por lo tanto, dispongan de número de afiliación a la Seguridad Social.

Qué permite realizar

Visualizar y consultar de forma inmediata el informe.
Descargarlo en formato PDF.
Imprimirlo.
Si accede sin certificado digital podrá cumplimentar un formulario de solicitud de modo que el informe le será remitido por correo postal.

A tener en cuenta

En caso de observar alguna incidencia en los datos contenidos en el informe, puede comunicarla accediendo al servicio Solicitud de rectificación informe de vida laboral.

Si accede sin certificado digital todos los datos introducidos en el formulario deben coincidir con los existentes en la base de datos de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social. Si no son coincidentes, no se enviará el informe.

Próximos pasos

Si accede sin certificado digital y una vez cumplimentado el formulario, obtendrá un número de referencia, que servirá para consultar el estado de la petición.
La información del estado de la petición cursada se recibirá a través de un correo electrónico.
