Had this app, never used it....then had to reset phone and reinstall everything. It asked me for info to login, didn't sound like I was logging back in...it was like I was reregistering....either way it wouldn't complete after 7-8 tries. Emailed them for help, sod all answer. The email setting on the site failed to work so had to email from my own email website. Have they flopped like many other apps?

Had a few teething problems with this; mainly because I'm a bit dim. The developers were very responsive and helpful. Made my first saving today of £4.00 off Fairy Non-Bio. It's not the new rock'n'roll but it's pretty good.

When I click on the product I want the offer for nothing happens, it doesn't come up with the barcode to scan on the PayPoint machine. The ID barcode scans but comes up with "invalid barcode" I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4.

Love this app! Have had so many freebies and discount off products at shops. Easy to use and load up. Looking forward to future offers.

Shop keepers have never heard of it, so, when you go to collect your item they are unwilling to add a discount, time wasted!

Everytime i use at shops the cashier thinks im scaming them and have to wait while they verifi it on the phone and now cant find any stores.location not working

Never had a problem with it great offers

It was hard to register then it came up with no offers and crashed twice when browsing the app

Good number of offers have saved myself loads of cash at my local mccolls

What's the point of this app if it always says "no offers"? Used it 3 times and it crashed my phone 3 times. Rubbish.

When I go to redeem an offer it keeps coming up with invalid pin code so I cant use it :-(

Useful when the free items were on. Some offers have not worked for me like haribo offer

I would definitely recommend this App. I got a free selection box and beautiful free shortbread from Coop worth £4. It's do good it shows you where your local stores are, if you will be first to redeem voucher, etc . Best of all the customer service is second to none, very helpful!

Went to redeem my voucher for free stuff and ended up looking like a complete tool when it took £2 off as oppose to it being free...like the offer said. Its bollcoks!!!

It can never be good when the stores you are providing offers at have never heard of the app, do not know how to process it and therefore do it wrong which means the voucher delete from the app but you don't get the products. I wrote to the customer services on the app and never got any response what so ever! RIDICULOUS!!

quick to register and to start saving straight away. i had a lily pickup cuz my phone is rubbish. but customer services replied in 2 mins and sorted me out. i highly recommend this app. got some.freebies from the co op. today. i was the.first customer using the app. but had no troubles.

Went to coop and even though manager had never done it before, it was easy and didn't take long. Free biscuits and free selection box. Thanks .

Every time I open this app it tells me that it needs a restart then the screen goes blank. If it doesn't improve soon I shall be uninstalling it.

Got my free selection pack and shortbread in co-op using this app yesterday. Took staff a while to work out how to do it, but once they read the step by step guide on how to redeem, i got my free goods!

Was just ok, but after last update it wanted me to enter my details again. Can't get past this stage, constantly says my postcode is not valid. Tried upper and lower case, space in the middle, nothing works. Strangely started working again, but unreliable.

I love this app but it doesn't fully work on my Samsung Galaxy s2 phone - as my iD barcode doesnt show therefore meaning I can't use this app.

Won't accept any post code, so can't use it. ???

Upon starting up the app the app promptly force closes unable to use at all. I hope a fix for this will come soon.

Excellent and easy to use

Thought I would get this app as I saw it on the money saving website and your basically getting something for nothing. Had a few problems so contacted the support through the app and had almost instant replies from 2 different ppl to help me. Keep up the good work

App has been stable and I have got some free pringles (to the dirty looks from local coop!) Offers page should not be reloading every time and getting the map to work properly is a pain. The map always just shows shops around one address. You move the map to a diff location it doesnt update. I tried to change the postcode, it appears not to change - you have to reload the app. The map is still pointing at the wrong place...

Slow in the app. Slow in stores. I don't like hmding my phone over for a shop assistant to walk away with. Put some basic instructions on the barcode screen for the shopkeeper. Make the process faster. Don't auto check for new offers. Remove triple dot menu. Test it on a Nexus 4 and nexus 10 for UI compatibility. Add register with Facebook and login ability for when I get a new phone. Notifications for new offers wud b good. Coop shops seem to think they need to make a new transaction for this offer only.
