About Animated Widget
This widget will help you to launch apps and call your contacts quick and easy.
This is a set of four widgets: Contact, Contact Group, Applications Launcher and Bookmarks Launcher.
Contact widget shows photo of the contact and provides instant access to various contact’s actions: phone call, SMS, chat, email, sending messages through different instant messengers, opening post address on map, opening URLs in browser and so on. Contact widget allows your pre-select application for specified action (call, sending message or email, etc). Start any action in 1-2 tap. One-tap launch and double tap launch are supported.
Application Launcher widget shows selected by you apps at one icon. You can group some frequently used apps to widget and start those apps in 2 taps. Long tap on app opens App info page, that allows to force stop the app quickly.
Group contacts is advanced folder of contacts, that allows to start any action of any contact in 2-3 taps. Skin, color and image customization will help you to highlight contacts and find them on the screen quickly.
All widgets provide possibility to use various types of gestures: swipe, scroll, pinch, zoom. One-finger, two-finger and three-fingers gestures are supported. Don’t waste time to find out the icon of the action on the screen – just open widget and make short gesture to execute favorite app or start call to your friend.

It doesn't stay connected with your contacts, so if you change someone's number it won't change in the widget.

I really like the features this app offers, though it's not the most intuitive to set up. It also doesn't work fully on my phone, and following an update, I can no longer add more shortcuts to my phone. However, my most dialed numbers are at my fingertips without launching an independent phone app, and I was able to customize each one with a photo of the contact, which I love. The ads after 4 shortcuts in the free version are unobtrusive. I would suggest simplifying the setup and more detailed user instruct

I use this all the time for both contacts and apps. Great app, nice customization options. The only complaint I have is that it sometimes gas a significant lag from tapping the icon and the launcher opening up.

This sounded like the contacts app I was looking for. So I downloaded it to my Note 4. When I opened it all I got was a quick start guide & access to settings. But there was no way to actually launch the app to load my contacts into it. Fail

I have over 200 contacts on. My phone, free version only allows 4 contacts. 10 or 12 free yes,but 4?Also does not recognise any of my whatsapp contacts. Not keeping it for 4 contacts. Delete... Exterminate!

Does the same thing as a folder. Good customizations tho but i get why it's animated. It opens like a folder to. My other animated widget it's a space ship and it spins and a few other animations.
