Passenger rights

It's very easy to use and I'm sure it would be handy when traveling and things go wrong and one starts to panic. The design could be nicer without all these “shiny” icons – it's just one ugly looking app.

It's ugly but provides lots of information.

pretty useless shows a welcome screen with a loading wheel and nothing happens, on both of my devices. previous version used to work and was very useful. the boot loop error is only present on new installations. you can work around it by getting version 1.0.4 from aptoide, you can then update to 1.0.6 from here and it will work just fine.

Top class! I had a damaged case discovered as I was trying to board my coach from Heathrow back home, after an American Airlines flight in from Miami. AA were insisting the only way it could be resolved was to return to LHR to report to staff in person. This app clarified that under EU regulations I only had to inform the airline within 7 days in writing and they were obliged to deal. When I pointed that out to the airline they complied & I had my new bag delivered to my house. Without the app I probably would not have found this info out.

Fixed it, now that it is working, it is excelent. But the process of fixing it could have been faster

should be telling you the precise conditions for a certain hight of compensation happening. otherwise good.

Missing lots of info that should be included such as compensation details. The app seems to be more interested in providing a link to complain rather than helping people who are trying to deal with a current problem.

My travel agent called me today to tell my return flight on the 21 of Aug has been cancelled. BA

App has has your basic travellers rights listed. Useful but almost every advice is "contact your travel operator"

Everytime I try to open... It simple does not do so...

and it's scary when it says "unfortunately your passenger rights stopped"

From 5 stars to 1: it just won't start on my CM11 S4 mini (worked fine on the stock Android 4.2). Waiting for an update…

As already said, the usability is very bad, texta are hard to read on light blue background. Content is good, but why does this App needs to run in fullscreen mode, why does the App needs so many permissions, especially "Phone status and id"? Please rework asap!

Font size tiny and fixed. Tiny white text on light blue background in places. People with poor sight seem to have no travel rights. Pity.

I think that the developer of this application should be dismissed/replaced asap. The design looks fancy BUT the usability is LOW. White fonts ON light blue background !!!?? unbelievable! try to read this on a small screen!

If u can't read it how can u use it ? Good idea very poor execution.

Runs only in fullscreen, hiding the info panel without real need.

Installs on SD card by default, very respectable behavior, in stark contrast with ALL other developers' apps where you have to ROOT to FORCE many of them to SD card. All the relevant information seemed present as well. (Haven't had trouble yet so I just had a quick look).

Too basic, no font size or colour control, tiny controls, no exit button/option. Disappointing for an official EU app.

Many negative reviews concern usability, but the current version displays well on my phone and the text is perfectly readable.

Especially when calling an airline when jour flight was cancelled...

Los contactos de las compañías aéreas son sin teléfono ni email, solo la dirección postal (para que narices quiero la dirección postal si estoy en un aeropuerto y tengo un problema). Lo dicho: una auténtica basura
