How to Tie Knots - 3D Animated

The app is okay, though others have many more knots and better explanations of the uses. The bottom advertising bar covers the content - mainly the next and previous controls. That's bad coding and is annoying. The worst part, however, are the sudden FULL PAGE ads that launch after watching a knot. Go elsewhere and spend a buck or three to get a knot app that won't drive you mad at the ads.

Useful if you're in a construction trade. I would like to see the Linemans loop, also known as the electricians loop, Edison loop or self-locking loop. Great for pulling wire into conduit. You take the last 12-18" inches of rope end, un-braid the main parts then open the braids up further back, reinsert the ends several times, making a 6-10" loop, in a way that pulling on the rope chokes itself, preventing it from slipping out but keeping the head VERY slim so it slides easily inside of conduit pipe.

Same knots in different categories, wants you to buy more. Dev should keep working on creating a useful app and not trying to get rich. Going back to USEFUL KNOTS app.

I couldnt operate the arrows for next page without clicking onto ads. Im uninstalling cos of intrusive ads

Loved program but had problem with commercial blocking you from going to next step. When fixed I will buy pro version. Sent E-Mail to company, waiting for response or fix

Ad bar overlaps navigation buttons making almost impossible to use.

Few knots (ads) bad control (ads) and quite (ads) a few pop-up ads. So you can't (ads) understand much (ads). Sigh

Needs to buy pro version to get more.

Most of the menus crash immediately since 12/15/2015 update. Animations used to work well. Good Tautline/Midshipmans hitch. Grief animation wrong. Single carrick is a poor bend - same structure as Grief. Some final dressings are poor. Reef knot is not a bend. Needs more loops. Rolling hitch should be in friction hitches. Needs more bindings. Still beta. Too soon to charge. At least 2 strong apps that are cheap or free already. Uninstalling.

Not really purposeful to install an app that makes you pay to learn most of them.

It's very interesting.You can learn a lot from it the one thing that bothers me are the ads they keep getting in the way.

Too many ads. Give me an option to buy the ad free version for $2 - $4. It's work that much. Please add the taught-line hitch (very common knot that is adjustable on wet/dry rope).

This is great to see the video. I'm going to use it to teach my cub scouts. Kids love videos. This is meeting them where they are at.

It is a helpful app. But I wish you didn't have to buy the full version to get all of the knots.
