I see pictures of what muscles are being focuesed, but I don't see them in the app. It says it is adjust from beginner to advanced I'm not seeing it in the app. It says I can choose what areas to work on, I don't see that option either.

Hard work even leaving a review! So disappointed. Want it to work. Can it be fixed? Have no instructions, can't go passed Day 1?? Have a permanent ad. also.

I love that these are actually AT HOME work outs for regular people. All the other at home workouts have all these exercises with all this equipment that I don't have. Not all of us have ridiculous home gyms that cost ridiculous amounts of money. The most this app asks for is little dumbells. It's got a good little demonstration gif thing for every exercise, and a decent amount of exercises to choose from. They could definitely do better with outlining different routines but I like making my own anyway.

It seems to be good but are doing less sets and are hoping to get up to suggested amount. Will work if I stick to it. Easy to do at home.
The only flaw I would say this app has is not being able to create your own workout routine. The workouts show you what muscles it focuses on, really love that, so can you please have sorting on muscle areas, body parts & workout types. Keep improving & congrats :)
Easy to follow, well diverse sets for a good work out!
