MobileXpression Connect

App is rubbish doesnt connect to mobile expression. Ive never been so irritated. U contact help team that dont have any sense how to help absolute rubbish. All i want is wants owed so can get my £10 amazon voucher. Argh!

As soon as I installed this app, my phone came to a crawl. Whether on wifi or mobile data anything internet related on my device slowed to the point of eternal frustation. Videos won't load, web pages take ages to load... it's frustrating. Then there is the constant blackout roll... doesn't matter what I'm doing, my screen blacks out and comes back... and the stupid key icon always on and notifying my that I installed this app... annoying.

The app or the vpn disconnects apps (i've noticed a slight screen shift before its disconnected). Not really worth the low-incentive. If you want more people to want to download and keep the app; fix the disconnects, show some earlier incentives, give tokens out more frequently. Waiting a week to recieve a gift card that you will rarely see for the remainder of experience is not worth the pain of the app. I'm only keeping the app for a week because thats the only incentive you've given me besides the raffle

Use to use mobile expressions on my old phone, and it ran in the background no issues. Since getting my new phone and finally being able to get it back, but had to put this app on too! This is TERRIBLE, screen blacks out on every app you open. Doesn't let you download whatsapp media, watch any videos, certain games won't play. The key icon is really annoying to see all the time. It's a terrible addition to what use to be a fantastically run concept.

I love the concept of this app, but ever since I installed it i can't stream, i cant play my games, heck I can't even fill out forms online with out something resetting. Every time I get a notification my screan blips to black and it resets everything. Have had the app for less then 24 hours, and may remove it if this does not get handled. Contacting customer service to see what they can do if anything. Tried to email customer service email was returned as a bad address. Not sure what is going on.

I see people complaining about that they try to redeem points and get flagged. Well I don't have any points at all. Not even an option on my app. I got the $5 gift card when I signed up and nothing else. I've sent 2 emails to them and they keep telling me to go to my benefits to see my points. My benefits isn't even an option on their site.. so where's my points? I feel I'm being scammed for my info.

Oh and by the way that point system doesn't apply here in the USA! Don't waste your time with this one, you'll just keep spinning wheels for absolutely nothing, get pissed off and uninstall it, just like me!

Used Mobilexpression since march with no problems. Timed it just right to claim voucher before xmas (wrong). New phone and OS, this app wont connect. Absolute rubbish. Was fine before

As I'm sure you're aware, Facebook Messenger is totally encrypted. It would seem it picks up on you accessing our mobile traffic through the VPN, because I have to disconnect from the VPN whenever I want to use Facebook Messenger, otherwise I get "connecting" 24/7. Not worth the hassle for me using messenger. Fix this and I will reconsider. Thanks.

Had this for two weeks now as saying waiting to connect. I assume I will be getting my 2 credits I've missed due to your problem? Not happy

My phone came to a crawl after installing this app. Too buggy and looks like someone's first attempt at creating an app and that went horribly wrong.

Unsure if I'm suppose to do something else. It only states status: trying to connect, but nothing happens.

I keep getting a notice that the app is waiting 2 connect, & that's as far as it'll go...tried reinstalling several times...I'm out!

I had this app on a different phone & was gutted wen i had to get a new phone cus the app wasn't able to use on my new phone untill i found the new one but i can't seem to get it to connect to my phone & i really want this app cus it really does pay out ,help??

This app is constantly crashing and won't connect to the main app. I have to uninstall and reinstall it over and over again. I'm just wanting the $10 Amazon gift card that I'm owed. I've contacted support and they don't help.

Really disappointed. Worked on my crappy Samsung but not on my great new phone. Get with it already!

Not sure what is not working. I followed the steps to a T but it wont connect on the vpn. Wont work at all for me.

This VPN blocks all access to other apps like YouTube and Google Play. There are no options to allow access.

They close your account instead of paying out. Avoid like the plague

Severely impacted the performance on my S6. It ran very slow and drained quickly. It didn't list itself as using much battery in Settings, but once I uninstalled it, things were smooth again, and the battery lasted longer.

This is actually a very fine app and I seriously don't know why you other reviewers are dissing it on things that aren't even true.

This ap is a joke. My phone slowed way down. I had to disconnect from its service whenever I wanted to view videos on Facebook or Tumblr. Facebook messenger would take 1-2 minutes to send a simple text message. After winning my first prize of an Amazon gift card I won nothing and didn't even get a "token" to play during the 3rd week. This thing is serious a scam.

Just keeps saying attempting to connect. Doesn't connect to mobilexpression. This was an app I loved as it ran in the background and have me £10 Amazon credit.

It was frustrating because everything that dealt with the Internet slowed down. This is a new phone and my wife has the same phone and without the app her phone flies cant deal with this

My phone got super slowthe second I installed. It made everything laggy and turned off half the time, I gave it 3 days and unistalled, then even that was a huge ordeal it hid and I had to go thru a lot to get it totally off.

Even after uninstalling the app, if I restart, I get a message that my web browsing is being monitored by a third party. Not cool!

All it does it connect and disconnect and sloe my device down to a dial up pace wether on Wifi or data. I like the concept tho.
