Mobile Select

Mobile Select（モバイルセレクト）は電話でのお問い合わせを支援する無料でお使いいただけるアプリです。

スマートフォンよりコールセンターへお電話をされた際、お問い合わせをスムーズに解決頂く為にスマートフォンの画面上に“お問い合わせメニュー（モバイルセレクトメニュー）”を自動的に表示します。
各メニューを画面上で選択いただくことにより、適切なオペレーターやサービスへお繋ぎ致します。またメニューにはコールセンターだけではなく、ご用件に応じたWebサイトもご案内致します。

本アプリケーションはインストールしただけでは機能しません。本アプリご利用企業の対象番号に電話発信した際にはじめて機能します。
対象番号ごとに初めての動作時には簡単な説明画面と、許諾確認画面が表示されます。この際に許諾をして頂くとメニューが表示されると同時に、アプリ一覧にもモバイルセレクトのアプリアイコンが表示されます。
※ Google Playから初めて本アプリをインストールした場合には、アプリアイコンから起動して「モバイルセレクトをはじめる」ボタンをタッチするまでは、対象番号に架電しても動作しません。
※ 既にプリイン対応機種をお持ちで、Google Playからアップデートインストールした場合には、対象番号に電話発信して許諾を完了するまではアプリアイコンが表示されませんのでご了承下さい。

アプリアイコンからは、モバイルセレクトの説明を参照したり、各種規約情報を確認したり、機能の一時停止・再開をしたりすることが出来ます。
