Why is there an almost 20 degree difference holding it in your hand and laying it on a flat surface I can understand some difference but that much Samsung galaxy s4

While I have Fahrenheit for actual temperature reading, the min Max is stuck in Celsius. Please fix this issue in next update.

Great app but needs faster intervals to calculate the temperature. Tried to see how fast it is, I used it in my freezer but it didn't go less than 21 Celsius in 2 minutes.
