Unable to open individual listings now...can only view pictures when (lists) is selected and can not read listing info :( please fix!!!

App won't open.. just says ERROR.. but I have no problem logging in to website! App needs to be updated to work on all phones!

Sign in not working and no options to handle the problem

Not 100% reliable... many times I'm in front of a listing, do a search and it can't find it. I come home and the desktop MLS finds it just fine. When it works it's helpful but unfortunately I cannot rely on it.

The biggest thing missing for me is a map feature...I need to see where the properties are located with a street map and Birdseye view.

I get a network error message whenever I search for a listing. But as a map search or for checking status when you see a sign, it's handy.

Mine crashes and seems to have glitches with searches.

Not always accurate and does not have access to all data (ie history)

It asks me to rate it every time I use it. It is maddening

I can log into the website just fine but my login and password. I try to log into the mobile app and it gives me bad error log in with no opportunity to fix it. Poor usability mediocre product at best

Need more options to share properties (txt msg, WhatsApp etc). Right now email is the only option available.

I loved this app on my Samsung Galaxy... Now I have a moto z force and the app won't open. Not ok

It could use some improving, but overall you will be glad that you have it. I am like most agents very mobile and this app allows me to accomplish many of the same things that the desktop version has.

It's better than nothing. Still needs improvement--difficult to login and agent roster search is unreliable.

Many key things are not incorporated into the search feature of the app. It is ok for a quick lookup but could be much better. Plus when you use it on a tablet the photos are tiny when you choose to enlarge them. It also doesn't populate complete results. I have been in front of homes before I know are listed in the mls and it doesn't find them no matter what you search or how you search. It is handy but needs improvement.

Now when I'm showing a property and my client points at a house on the way and says"how much is that one?" i can give them sold information on the spot

Would be a perfect app if we could only make changes to our listings!!! Also, do a radius search from a listing and run a CMA.

Would give it 5 stars if there was a 'home' button on the bottom toolbar (otherwise I'm constantly using the back arrow just to navigate) and if it would pick up my current location more reliably. Oh, and if I put in an MLS# I shouldnt also have to go in and select 'any status'. IMHO, should just give me the property without fuss. Kind of like the matrix speedbar. Thanks for asking for my opinion.

Easy to navigate. Only thing missing is area number search.

The app has some good features when it works.. It often won't let me log in. I have hit the login button 10 to 15 in a row & it won't open. I usually just have open the MLS site on my phone instead.

Works great! Gps shows where you are. Click on homes nearby to see status.

I really like the ability to find nearby homes for sale using the GPS

I've been using this with great success over the past several months. Have been waiting for something like this for quite some time

Samsung G3. Pictures and font too SMALL. Need ability to reverse pinch and make everything bigger. Home spotter worked great at first a few months ago, now msg says move away from metal objects and takes long time to populate anything, but still useless. Could use search more if it did what others have commented below... Keep up the good work!

Handy app that lets me acvess vital listing info on thr go. Wish I could see contact portal ”hearts”

We need to be able to restrict more search criteria especially short sales and BK properties. That should be easy to fix!!

Amateurish. Getting it to login is challenging. Downhill from there. And to think they used to CHARGE for this POS.

Gets the job done on the go. Could be a little more detailed.

Should be able to zoom pictures and also select master bed on main floor criteria.

I've been using this for the last few months and it really makes pulling comparables simple when in the field.

The rental search and other special searches would be awesome.

It is super glitchy and often doesn't work. You also can't search by lot size.
