App dies not always find the property being searched for. The homespotter feature is really hard to use as well.

lacks functionality in all aspects and is nothing like the real website which can be accessed via mobile browser and works much better.

Does most everything needed while on the road. Hardly need my computer

The best thing you can do with an app to quickly pull up basic details on a home you're currently showing and there homes around you by clicking the location button.

Would like more functionality. Needs to be able to add or remove search fields to make custom searches. Doesn't display if there is an offer on the house. That's kind of a big deal.

Great app for quick and easy finding listings as an agent. Map feature is what I use most when out looking at.properties and the client inevitably asks "how much is that house going for?" JKoltes

It is getting much better. The only suggestion would be to fix BAS and the feedback forms. When typing on the phone, the page does not scroll down far enough and the keyboard covers the area you are writing. You are essentially typing blind. A minor inconvenience.

Definitely like the auto-fill of the address now. Galaxy S6.

Press search and only 1/3 of display shows. Takes to much time to fill in

Horrible. Updating app should make improvements not downgrades. Very difficult to navigate and needs to be completely redone.

Doesn't work at all. Doesn't bring up active properties and brings me to cities far away from where I am searching. Why can't we have the old app back? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times.

This appears to be a lesser version of the previous app- or an extended version of Homespotter? It's okay if you want to look up one property but certainly not for research. There is no link to the main Northstar MLS page. I suspect whomever redesigned this isn't a working agent.

I wish that we could use more options that are available on full site.. lots of the tabs don't work... almost impossible to use as a real tool... more just a last minute try if need to check listing.... take some ideas from other much better apps out there

Non responsive, hard to navigate, clumsy. The old app was better. It needs to be totally redone.

The small ptint is unreadable! Slow, clumsy hard to navigate. I want to use this instead of printing all my showing info.

For an industry with as much competition in the app that we use as professional Realtors it's embarrassing that our local MLS only offers this app. It's virtually useless in what I need for an app.

When you search for properties when you type the address 97% of the time will say no listings found. (I typed my active listing and still gives me the same messages). FRUSTRATING

They took something easy to use and made it very frustrating to navigate.

Has everything I need on the go. Mapping feature works very well and is a little addicting to use while in a car and watching (not while driving) the nearby listings

Difficult navigating with success...I have had success finding some homes but other times it brings me completely across the state even with the location on...not great when working with clients or a schedule...

This application pretty much never works. I have found that none of the features work on a consistent basis. I can't look up any of my client. The search is slow and typically not up to date with the MLS.

Difficult to use, does not pull up accurate info, would rather drive to a library than use this.

Unbelievably embarrassing that this is the official app.

Terrible, can't search for properties.

I keep trying this app hoping it'll improve. Its just bad, doesn't update, locations are inaccurate, typing data is buggy. Avoid it. UPDATE many months later, this app hasn't improved for me. It's really too bad the official app for our MLS is so poor performing.

Search never seems to pull up listings. No listings found.

Just awful. Not intuitive at all. Way to much work. It's easier to just get out the laptop.

Does not enlarge by pinching screen. Does not rotate for larger screen.

It now takes 5 times longer to search for properties! I don't want a map I want to search for properties! I have to go to a computer to set up showings!

Needs an update. Too many links when sending a listing to a client. Needs rental info.

This app is not user friendly at all. As a realtor we need information instantly, which an app generally provides. It is not worth the download time for agents, better to go directly to site. The search is very difficult and inaccurate. Try searching for an active home with just the street name and city. Good luck sifting through all the solds, pendings and expireds. The drop down menu does not work to single out Active only or price or any of the selections. So many glitches.
