This app.... don't even know where to begin. SOOO many features that it lacks. Zillow, Trulia, Red Fin and so on are all better apps than this one as far as features... and even those apps aren't amazing.

I am looking for a minimum lot size and this app does not let you set a range or define the lot size on the list, so it is frustrating to pull each one up to look at the lot size. Also, please work on your maps. Trulia has great maps (satellite, terrain, flood, etc.) but do not have updated listings like this app. Please add these things to make your app better.

Searches well and gives good info but I've never been able to save a favorite. Not sure if its just my phone or the app (I have the Xperia, its got its own issues)

Much more accurate and timely info than other real estate apps. Seems to work better too. Less laggy. I've started using this much more consistently than Zillow or Trulia.

Minor problem - favorite button/star doesn't work, so can't save the best. And I prefer the app to the website. The app has the search functions I need, and is easier to narrow in on a neighborhood. I hate the map search on the website, but love this one.

Found properties in Seattle but nothing in the Spokane area even though there are a lot of listings there. Poor filters to choose from. I'd rate it zero stars but one seems to be the lowest.
