Read other descriptions and was worried about using the app, but it is very easy to use and I am not running into any issues that others seem to have. Make sure you input everything you are looking for in the filters then hit "search" because the app will not apply the filters if you just go back. Great app found tons of home with the prices and features I am looking for in a home. Running on galaxy s5.

When looking for homes you expect the app to honor your selections. This app does not. You give it a max price it returns houses well above that. You only want active listings you get sold houses. This really needs to be resolved

The search feature stinks it constantly says too many homes in criteria no matter how small search. I also did a search for open houses in a zip code it says there are none meantime there are at least 15.

If you setup all your searches on a desktop, then this app works great at reading those searches. But it's difficult to search from the app itself. It also wants you're location services to be on when you search.

This is the best app for those who are just looking or actively searching for a home... MLSLI requires their agents and brokers to update their listings constantly so you know what is really available... Unlike those other real estate sites that still list homes already sold... Good luck on your search!!!!
