UPDATE: 3 weeks layer and still can't log on to the app. Giving up hope it is useless HOW DO I GET TO A LOGIN SCREEN? I have reinstalled the app and it keeps coming up with a screen that says I must log in with my credentials. However, there is no place to login. Can't swipe to a different page. Can't get in at all! How do I login if there is no way to get off that message screen? Samsung Galaxy 8 plus, Android, was working until I reloaded the app

The redesign is a step in the right direction, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Accessing Matrix searches and client carts should be available. More detailed contextual field search options should be available (e.g., properties that can be seen now, i.e., "go direct", adding properties to a list and then letting the app create a logical showing order, etc.) The process for interacting and sharing with clients is still unsatisfactory. If I share a property with or invite a client, I should be able to text it from my own number and not some Homespotter owned number. Inviting a client to download the app and get going should be painless and as easy as possible for the client. I'm told they have to fill out a bunch of information, which means there is going to be little adoption. The app sometimes loads slowly and can timeout for periods of time (currently unable to access anything but a spinning wheel).

Impossible to use. We need it to be simple, accurate, and usable. I can almost never get accurate results, and the searches change as you re-submit search criteria. Come on, guys....fix this!

Y70%

Seriously the worst app I have on my phone. Junk. As an agent for 30+ years I can't believe how unusable, clumsy and unworkable this app is.

Y70%
by Y####:

Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet. I only use it to access the desktop site, and even that doesn't work now.

V70%

Can't get to login screen. Very frustrating. Makes you look unprofessional in front of clients

O70%
by O####:

Can''t install on my phone because it texts my phone a 4 digit code and ask me to input the code. When I exit crmls app to retrieve code and go back to CRMLS app it takes me back to the beggining..and resends new code.

P70%
by P####:

Quirky...log in is cumbersome with two step retrieval timing out

Y70%

Horrible it keeps stopping makes it hard to communicate with clients .

Y70%
by Y####:

Fantastic app for agents! Great integration with Showingtime! The ability to chat with my clients is invaluable and I love that you have enabled easier communication with listing agent, even if they don't have the app. If you could make it so income properties will show the rents and # beds & baths for each unit, that would be great!

Dislike!!! Searches come up with nothing even though you are standing in front of a house, my listings don't show. Come on I think we can do better than this

I've been testing the new app for an hour and generally I like it. It looks like you remove the Brokers open house calendar specificity. I would really like it if you could make an easy button on the top option screen that is just for Brokers open houses happening TODAY. I frequently rely on that data to determine where are the Brokers open houses are

This will increase my exposure my farm contact. I can instantly show them what's up in the neighborhood.

It's sad that we pay so much money collectively to the largest MLS in the country, and yet consumer apps make this app look like an iPhone app circa 2007. It's showing 1 of the 3 properties for sale, backup, pending in the complex that I'm standing in front of. The app loads slowly, has incomplete data, images load slowly, requires login each time, and it does not allow me to work in concert with my clients.

Won't let me log-in... but my partner standing next to me is having no problems.

Overall the app works well and has most of the features you will need. Some stuff is missing sadly. I have not compared it to the accuracy of the mls. I saw someone complain that it is not up to date and if so, that is very frustrating. People are expecting too much for an initial release so do not listen to most of the 1 star reviews.. We may spend a lot on dues, but that does not mean anything for this app. You can not expect every feature to exist already because they need time to develop it. It needs an initial release, work out some bugs and then begin working from there. Rather than complain that it is lacking, we spent too much, and it is terrible. Please help it become better and say HOW it is and if you can think of a solution, suggest it. Together we can get an amazing app which we will be happy to use.

I cannot use this poor excuse for a mobile accessible MLS. I agree our MLS fees need to be better utilized. My clients have better access than I do.

I've always thought it was interesting that the MLS is such a poor quality search tool considering it is a fairly expensive membership. This app does not pull all of the properties in the area under specified search criteria. I searched all active homes under 300k in Menifee but the specific home I was searching for did not pull up.

We spend a great deal on MLS dues. We should not have to go to other apps to obtain basic information, but that's what I and my fellow Realtors do. It's cumbersome, dated and just a pain to use. Unistalling.

Regularly misses lots of listings. Doing a side by side search in Matrix and this app, many listings do not show up in the app that do exist in Matrix.

It's sad that we pay so much money to our MLS, and yet consumer apps make this app look like amateur hour. It's showing 1 of the 3 properties for sale, backup, pending in the complex I'm standing in front of.

Y70%

Compared to using CRMLS on a browser, this mobile app does not always display the same property data. Either listings can be missing altogether or the listing status is out of date. For example, app shows property as currently active but browser-based shows the same listing as sold many months ago. We can't afford mistakes like that.
