While it's a great tool to use for filtering the MLS Data Mt, it still leaves me hopeful for a better filtering tool - one with save listing(s) [meaning, hiding undesirables too] which works. Happy

Unfortunately this was a good app at first, but it never finds anything anymore. It won't load my saved properties or searches.

The app use to work on my nook before the last update. The new update will only work with a tablet now and I guess that a nook is not considered a tablet.

Most of the time, I find it doesn't show any houses whatsoever after I put in a minimum of search criteria to my saved list from CBS Homes website on my computer. As I am currently in the process of looking for a house, sadly this app is of no use to me, & I am having to use Zillow-At least at works when and how I need it to.

I would love to save searches in app...either I can't figure out how to or there isn't a way....other than that I like the app.

Sometimes it works but most of the time it states there are no listings in my area. I'm standing next to a CBS that was just put on the market last week and is still active.

A few,glitches just kill your app and restart and fixed

When you click on a property then go back to the listings you were initially looking through, it reloads to the very top of the listings. You lose your spot every single time. Not a very user friendly app.

The photo viewer is a deal killer. Doesn't advance pics well (gesture required is too big) and crops pic to fit the aspect forced by the viewer, especially awful for portrait orientation photos.

I'm not sure how anyone can call this app awesome. It doesn't work for me. Keeps giving an error, 'error writing to database'

Would be better if when you viewed a property going back to the main menu didn't refresh the page making you scroll through all the properties again.

I want to be able to delete sold houses faster and more easily.

I need to see the overview of neighborhoods to get a better idea of where we wanted to buy and CBS homes has a great app here that moves fast.

Need to be able to choose lot size in order to list acreages
