Ridiculously frustrating app to use when trying to make a claim. Take a photo of the invoice ensuring all the information is available and in focus only to find out TWICE that my claim has been rejected because the itemised amount has been cropped from the picture that is sent. I checked on both occassions ensuring amount and gst was in the picture sent. Dont even bother wasting your time making a claim via the app. Waste of your time and energy

I agree with some of the comments like when u take a picture it crops it but when submitting a claim I havent had any issues with them reading the crop image. Anither issue is when doing a quote I have found over 10 easy spelling mistakes . Overall not bad but it could be better

Once I login via App, I was able to check balance on my meals card by launching Meals card feature icon. Since 1st April 2016, this feature keeps crashing. Infact, it doesn't even launch. Please fix. Thnx

With the meal card balance on the app. But before this it's been ok. Just uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still an issue causing the app to crash.

It won't even let me log in. I have installed and uninstalled this app several times and still it won't work.

I cannot count how many times I have uninstall and reinstalled this supid app but the silly thing we need to use it pls update and modified this supid app

Last update has caused app to stop working. Just says "alert! Try logging in again" yet login works on Web page

This crap stopped working by refusing people logon. I reported twice via phone calls, no one fix it. What a crap app!!!

What's happened to this app??? Grrr worked when installed months ago now getting error messages. Annoying!!!

Frequently has.."Unable to connect.. " pop-up on S5. Works ok IF you get past this

Just remember for cropping the photo to drag the frame to change its size

Tried logging in multiple times and cant get in due to an error message so deleted and tried to reinstall now cant get it to do that. Major fixes are needed and fast. I pay your company a fee for their assistance and i get none from this app.

Does not work! Don't waste your time.

I was ready to throw my phone against the wall after trying about 10 times to take a picture of my invoice, rotate it and try to size the stupid window to crop the picture to the correct size. Only after you have done all this, you discover that it doesn't retain the picture quality and the image is blurry!

Crashes frequently. Hard to use. Have to back-screen a few times before any information will show. I don't understand how this app has gone out to market when it's such a piece of rubbish.

Had been working ok for about 2 years and now it suddenly starts spitting out an alert saying I can't log in. Tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, clearing the cache, but it still won't let me in. Have emailed the developer, but haven't received a response either. Will now give up and go back to the desktop to submit.

While it does let you submit unexpected car expenses relatively easily. It always seems to need the GPS on - which drains the battery. If I could turn off the location based features and any other background 'features' - I'd reinstall it.

Nothing works. Can't even see meals balance or make a claim. Just crashes constantly

Clunky. Claims camera wouldn't use full image, couldn't upload pdf (receipts). Deleted it immediately.

Dose what i want for now. Cant complain about it. Works good for me Galaxy S5.

Now it wont even install and there's no update option yet I've still got the old version on my phone. Fix it please.
