This application informs you about the latitude, longitude of your current location. If internet connection is available, you can also get the address of your location.
On enabling GPS it will give you the most accurate location. You can share the location via SMS, e-mail, Facebook, Google+, Skype, Twitter, and more.

So far so good! After a few frustrations, the app seems to work well. HINT: for those having location problems on Marshmallow. Go to Setting->Apps->My Location->permissions and turn on Contacts, SMS and Your location. HINT for password failure and non-response. The auto correct may turn Gl into a smiley face, be sure both the G and L are capitalized. Password is case sensitive. Use a password that auto correct will not modify. HINT: To remove a saved location, slide it off the screen like notifications. REQUEST: Use default mapping instead of forcing Google Maps. Not everyone has an all you can eat data plan and there are offline mapping programs available (HERE WeGo being the most popular). REQUEST: Allow adding saved location to contacts. REQUEST: Messages can be sent via email (replies will also respond as if text to an email address) through most carriers. However, the first words on the text message cannot be controlled by the sender so the scanning for GL fails. Modifying the GL scan to look for MSG:GL or SUBJ:GL further into the text would identify this. You should be able to detect this type of message by finding FRM: as the initial text entry (AT&T format)

Does not provide addresses. Only provides lat/long locations. There is no error it just does not provide an address when I select that option on my Galaxy S8.

Pretty bad application. If you aimed for an accurate using, things aren't well design. For instance you shouldn't getLastKnownPostion when the user first attempt to refresh position ! If I refresh my position I don't want to know my LastKnown position until the locationchange...

This app would be perfect for me, since I'm looking for something to quickly record where I am and let me put my own description in, both of which this app does well. The most important part is clicking a saved address and opening in Google Maps so I can navigate to it again in the future. The only way I can find to open a saved location in Maps is to SMS the location to myself. How stupid! UNINSTALLED!
