A useful app from the ArtPass people (the ArtPass is great by the way, get one!). Used to be a little buggy (occasional "updating error" when starting causing app to hang completely) but been fine for a while now. Glad that it is improving. Would love for the Windows version to come back.

Was good. Not working properly since last update. Cannot log in directly or eg via Facebook. Cannot reset password through app. Passing login to access the app gives intrusive advertising and no quick means to search. Shame.

This app just gets worse and worse. It's been bad for years and is now completely unusable, crashes every time. Clearly Art Fund doesn't care.

A year after the last update and it is still useless. Visiting Yorkshire again, I tried browsing for local attractions. Won't update on a poor WiFi connection, probably because it is refreshing the whole database. A waste of memory space.

This should be an amazing tool. If you exit a location search it syncs back to where you are, not where you're searching! Also keyword search is poor. Looking for Museum of the Mind was unsuccessful as it's listed as Bedlam M of M. Had to find it via location.

It does keep forgetting who I am (despite ticking the box to say "remember me") but they've ironed out most of the bugs. It's a good app if like me you have FOMO for London's cultural scene!

App updates for an age then crashes every time. Clearly this app has not been updated or supported. Very disappointed as I have paid a lot of money for art pass membership

Useful list of places and exhibitions to visit but rarely use the app as takes ages to open and usually crashes before it's finished trying to open. Has been like this for a few years now. Sort it out!

This app is great in theory, but in practice it "stops" - ie. stops working, repeatedly - almost every time I try to use it. So ... Great potential not fully realised.

If you ask for items nearby select on further away and then close it, the map recentres on current location, not where you were. Really irritating

Very good content but all of a sudden it's started to hang when I open it and won't progress. Had to remove it.

I try to open the app and am just taken to a never ending opening screen that says it's updating the app...but it lasts indefinitely

How do I change which calendar reminders are set to on my phone? I mistakenly picked the wrong calendar on my phone and now it won't allow me to synch to the correct one!! Got in touch with customer service email address but no one replies.

Can't remove recommendations, can't restrict listed exhibitions to just London, awkward to use.

This app is a bit useless with awful interface. I want to search for exhibitions in London, but as results I get a list of venues. You really must do something with it.

When I try to open it, the app tries to update itself (even after a complete unininstallation and fresh reinstallation from the Play store), then displays "error" , and that's it. No log, no reason. And no way of using it.

Still very poor. The update time on loading is ridiculous. Does not retain passwords for wish list which is very annoying

Please fix. Crashes constantly and when it doesnt crash shows out of date info

After install it showed a map. Next time i used it it had been updating for 55 min and still ongoing. Never got it open since.

I use it frequently as I am a member but it takes ages to load especially when one is out and about and needs it the most.

Good idea but only works 2 in 5 times..keeps throwing me out

2016 UPDATE: Not much has changed in almost 2 years. As soon as I log in, app starts crashing repeatedly for no reason. Favourites, wishlist & bookmarks are now only available if you log in, which makes app VIRTUALLY USELESS. Very disappointed 2014 REVIEW: The app stops updating after a few days and shows only exhibition/museums that were last loaded in phone local memory. Inly solution is to re-install but you lose all your favourites & bookmarks. Please please please do fix what once was the perfect app.

Love this app, it's fantastic for keeping track of current shows and exhibitions and checking when they end etc. However, it consistently freezes & quits on certain gallery/exhibition pages, and is a little glitchy/laggy, which is frustrating. I still use it, but it would be good to see an update to sort the practical issues.

Easy to find supported whats-ons with the linked map. In a new place just use the search nearby option. Well done!

Content is great, app could be excellent but the android version just doesn't work properly. Crashes, won't keep me logged in, slow and clunky.

The app is easy to use, allows me to save a list of favourites and has lots of info on each exhibition. It would be good if it allowed me to search exhibitions by area.

Don't force an upgrade and then make me login. It's tedious and this app opens slowly anyway

Really great app. Took me a bit of time to find out how to search by location and other features but now I've got to know it is very useful.

I really love this app. It tells you all the current major exhibitions on across the UK so you never miss out on anything. Also the nearby feature is great as wherever you are you can find out what's nearby. So great for when you are in an unfamiliar place.

The Art Fund app in conjunction with your Art Pass is all you need to enjoy all the exhibitions you wish to go to. Yes I Love It!!

Can't get it to load on my phone just says updating app all the time. Very disappointed

Some small galleries are missing but otherwise great!

A great app, particularly in London advising on where you can see art and use you Arts Card for entrance discounts

A really useful app. I use it to keep track of exhibitions I want to see but it's also a great complement to the hard copy handbook.
