en go' Bgym'

en go’ Bgym’ app henvender sig til 1.g/1.hf-elever på de 15 danske gymnasier, der deltager i forskningsprojektet en go’ Bgym’ (Statens Institut for Folkesundhed, SDU).
I app’en kan du få råd og viden om stress, søvn, træning og kost og registrere og følge dine daglige vaner indenfor de fire emner. Deltag og vind konkurrencer mod andre 1.g/1.hf klasser på dit gymnasium og mod andre deltagergymnasier i projektet. App’en indeholder desuden tests, quizzer og meget mere.
Adgang til app’en kræver klasse- og gymnasiespecifik aktiveringskode. Hvis du allerede har login til www.engobgym.dk kan du bruge samme e-mail og kodeord til at logge ind i app’en, så du ikke behøver at oprette en ny bruger.

Vedr. batteriforbrug:

En 'GPS-track' funktion i app'en, der er valgfri at anvende og aktivere for brugere, anvender GPS og lokalitetstjenester, som fortsat bruges, hvis app'en kører i baggrunden, hvilket kan formindske batterilevetid. a go 'Bgym' app is aimed at 1g / 1.hf students in the 15 Danish high schools participating in the research project a go 'Bgym' (National Institute of Public Health, SDU).
In the app you can get advice and knowledge about stress, sleep, exercise and diet and record and track your daily habits within the four topics. Participate and win competitions against other 1.g / 1.hf classes at your high school and against other participating schools in the project. The app also includes tests, quizzes and more.
Access to the app requires class and secondary specific activation code. If you already have login to www.engobgym.dk you can use the same email and password to log into the app, so you do not have to create a new user.
