I did not enjoy this app. No explanation of how to do each exercise. No music just a couple supposedly motivational comments which really do nothing to encourage you to keep going. Needs to be a lot more user friendly I didliked the set out. Unistalled. Not what I am looking for there are way better apps for free.

"Lose Belly Fat in 2 Weeks" is a high intensity workout app that supposedly helps women lose weight. It has good exercises, but it seems as if the woman on the screen has been sped up and is hard to follow, they should take the BMI and use it to make customized workouts for different body shapes. I recommend "30 Day Abs"!!

There are A LOT of ads; however, it is very promising and it gives you all types of tips and exercises. For my first exercise I did medium. It was VERY challenging but I felt accomplished after.

Too many ads,it's better if they can played it continuously without keeping on turning my mobile on and cancelling those popping ads however this could help a lot to those who doesn't have time to go for gym,just do it regulary,some will get tired and bored after of weeks or days doing it like me lol....

Some people are complaining how there is no music and what you can do is download Spotify or another music app if you'd like and just go on the app hit play to play the music then go on the workout app and it will still play it's not that hard.
