MobileFiT Coach

MobileFiT Coach allows YMCA wellness coaches and trainers to dynamically create, assign, and modify member workout programs. It gives YMCA wellness coaches a tool to engage members and give them support even when the coach is not in the facility.

This app allows you to create a workout for one member, or a template that can be used by many. When creating a workout template, the coach can indicate recommended reps, weight parameters, and seat settings while working with a member. You can also walk through a workout with a member, recording actual workout activity.

When a workout is assigned to a member, it is available on the members' MobileFit Assist app and on the MobileFiT website within seconds.

To use MobileFit Coach, you must be registered as a member through your local participating YMCA.

Ask your local facility about the availability of MobileFit. Once you open the app, simply login by entering your MobileFit username and password that was assigned to you as a staff member. That’s all you need to get started.
